Chi-Wing and her partner were amazing! They took care of my two mini schnauzers for a couple of days while I was out of town, and kept me updated the whole time. They sent many photos which I appreciated. Would definitely use them again.

Chi-Wing took excellent care of our dog while we were out of town for a few days. He sent lots of pictures every day and was very quick to respond to our messages. Norman came home tired and happy! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We can’t thank Chi-Wing enough for how wonderful he has been to our family. When our late flight home got canceled, he was so accommodating and was willing to care for our dog Hudson until we could get a flight home the next day. Hudson always has the BEST time staying there and we know she always feels right at home.

My dogs are repeat visitors! They get the most amazing care and specific instructions and medications for both of them are always followed. Amazing photos and videos for extra confidence and cuteness. I also love love that they have a closed backyard for the dogs to play and potty. They also get to socialize with other pups in their care! I think my dogs had a better vacation than I did haha! Will continue to come back as long as they are still in the area! We had a wonderful experience with Chi! This was our very first time leaving our puppy, Pickle, in a boarding setting, so naturally we were a bit nervous. Chi made the whole experience so much easier by keeping us updated throughout the day with lots of photos, videos, and messages. We always knew how Pickle was doing, how she was getting along with the other dogs, and how her day was going, which gave us so much peace of mind. Chi was also incredibly caring and accommodating, making sure Pickle felt comfortable and adjusting to her needs so she could settle in and feel at home. It was clear that Pickle was well cared for and genuinely loved during her stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better first boarding experience, and we would absolutely trust Chi with Pickle again. Highly recommended!

Chi-Wing did a great job with our 11 month old puppy. We really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was with some of Monty’s puppy behaviors. All the pics and videos we got were helpful to make us feel like we could trust that he was in good hands while we were away for a few days. We’ll definitely be reaching back out again next time.
