Charlie was absolutely brilliant with Stan, she kept us updated with lots of pictures and videos and he clearly had a great time! He’s not the easiest dog being a puppy with a lot of energy but she clearly kept him busy and he had a fab time. We would 1000% use her again to look after Stan- thank you so much!

Charlotte did an amazing job looking after our two Chihuahuas - especially as one is a puppy and the other has behavioral issues! We cannot thank her enough for being there for us when we needed it! ❤️

Wilma had a fun day with Charlotte. Charlotte spent the day playing with Wilma, giving her lots of attention and taking her out on long walks. Wilma was exhausted, but happy when we got home. Thank you.

Charlotte was absolutely amazing 🤩 This was the first time we had used someone outside family and friends to look after our beagle Tillie. She was so interactive with her as soon as they met putting us totally at ease. Our days away were so much more enjoyable knowing she was in Charlotte’s capable and loving hands. I cant recommend Charlotte enough to look after your furry friends while you are away.

Charlotte was very patient and kind with our nervous little girl. She put in a huge amount of effort to win her over and sent us lots of great and detailed updates throughout the stay. Charlotte also looked after the house nicely and always a pleasure to chat with ☺️

If I could give more stars I would! Charlotte you are absolutely amazing, I was so worried, because Dash is always with myself or a family member. The photos you sent put me so at ease,I knew he was in good hands. Coming home to such a happy dog is all the reassurance I needed to know what an absolute star you are!! Thank you so much❤️😊

Charlotte looked after our cocker spaniel puppy a couple of times and she did an excellent job. She went above and beyond to provide thorough care and sent regular updates to keep our minds at ease. I would recommend her anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable sitter.

Charlotte made it very easy to leave our dog at home for our holiday. She came to visit a couple of weeks before to get to know everyone. She managed Mabel how we wanted her to be managed as close to her normal routine as possible. She played with her and sent lots of updates. We would happily ask Charlotte to come and look after our dog again.

Charlotte is super friendly and my usually difficult dog has bonded with Charlotte straight away and played super well with her. Charlotte was fantastic with our lively Vizsla puppy Margot, she had her for the day at our home and I received lots of updates, photos and reassurance throughout the day. I really appreciated her professional approach to arranging to care for Margot, she was diligent and detailed. Will definitely use her again

Cannot rate Charlotte enough. She made us feel relaxed that our animals were safe and happy so we could enjoy our holiday. She communicated with me daily and we received regular updates. She was also able to help us out with some last minute changes. Will definitely be staying in touch and using your service in the future

Needed my trouble maker checking on as I’ve started a new job that requires travel. Charlotte met me on short notice and was super lovely, made me feel at ease straight away. My pup is smitten with her and I couldn’t be more grateful as I was able to go work and not worry about him as Charlotte was there Trust her implicitly with my dog and in the house :) 10/10 would recommend!

Charlotte went out of her way to accommodate us when we recently went on holiday in October as we nearly messed up the dates, but she took care of it all. She made it so that we could go away and not stress knowing that she was there taking care of our pets in their own home. It really put our mind at ease knowing that Charlotte was there, and our pets were her priority. There was brilliant communication from Charlotte, lots of pictures of the Cats and Dog and we could tell that Charlotte is a real animal lover. We can’t say thank you enough to Charlotte for taking care of things. Would definitely get in contact again if we ever needed care for our pets ???

Felt really comfortable letting Charlotte look after my dog. She kept me upto date with how he was and sent plenty of photos of their time together. Would happily use her again

Charlotte is attentive and adores our cats. She recently cat flap trained our difficult boy cat and we are very happy leaving them with her while we are abroad :)

Charlotte looked after Darcey extremely well. Darcey’s not the easiest being a nervous rescue but I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Charlotte to look after her again. Only problem giving her such a glowing review means it may be harder to rebook ?

Charlotte looked after my two cats for a week - I don't often go away because one of the cats is quite old and tends to get very nervous with any change. This results in a rather upset stomach if you know what I mean.... Charlotte was very reliable and made sure that they were fed and watered and that any accidents were cleaned up. She sent photos everyday and updated me on her visits. I would highly recommend her for any pet care needs that you have.

Our dog Masie is a very nervous rescue and we were extremely worried about leaving her for a week. We needn’t have been, Charlotte not only took great care of her in our home she also managed to befriend her more than we thought possible. We got lovely updates throughout our holiday which put our mind at rest so we could enjoy our holiday without worrying. I would highly recommend Charlotte, and she’s a lovely girl too!
