Brilliant sitter. We are always anxious leaving the boys when we go away but Charissa made us feel at ease. They were well looked after and loved their time with you. Look forward to more bookings in the future, thank you again!

We booked Charissa in to look after our two cats for a week while we were away. She was clear in communication, sending us updates on how the cats were doing and pictures throughout the week, including of any playtime together! Before we went away, she made sure to ask the right questions to make sure the cats were being cared for properly, on top of the information we had already given to her, so nothing was missed! Normally when we're away for a bit, we have a neighbour or family look in on the cats, and they are normally a little grumpy with us when we're back - but not this time which I believe is thanks to Charissa's care and attention. She clearly has a lot of love and care when it comes to pets, and I'm happy she was able to pass that onto our fur babies - I think they're happy to have made a new friend! And we even had a drawing of them made for us for when we arrived home - very cute!
