Carissa was absolutely amazing! I was able to book a week, last minute with her. She asked the right questions to understand my cats needs! She was willing to go out of her way to buy my cats more food if they needed it, she brought in my cat litter packages, and was overall incredibly helpful and trustworthy. Carissa was so awesome and great with a last minute booking! She was extremely communicative and easy to get ahold of. I really appreciated her sending not only photos but also videos of my guys having lots of fun and enjoying themselves in her company. There was so many issues with my travel due to the snow storm, but she was flexible and able to provide relief from the anxiety by being open to extending the length of the dogsitting. I also really appreciated her spending well over an hour on many of her visits, even though I didn't book that amount of time, but it really showed her going above and beyond. I will definitely be booking with her again and recommend her to others!
