I cannot begin to express the amount of disappointment my family faced when I had to stay home with my dog while my family went on vacation due to Brittany's lack of responsibility to just answer the door/text. Brittany and I agreed to meet at 5pm and I was running behind, so I texted her to let her know I was running behind. I never received a response. I got to her home and rang the doorbell, knocked on the door as hard as my knuckles would let me, texted her at the door, then proceeded to wait in my truck with my daughter and dog to make sure I gave her a full 15 minutes at the house. I didn’t know if she was in jail, or in the backyard, at a BBQ, who knows? When you don’t respond to multiple forms of communication, I can’t just wait forever, nor should I be expected to. One, just one form of communication, would have made this an entirely different review altogether. I got nothing. I eventually had to make a decision. The decision was, I would drive home and stay with the dog, and if Brittany called me before I got home, I'd turn around. I got home at 5:45 and kissed and hugged my family goodbye. They had hotel reservations and an itinerary to stick to. At this point, I had lost trust in Brittany’s ability to care for my dog. Brittany finally reached out to me at 6:03pm. She said sorry and explained that she had fallen asleep and that her phone randomly shuts off. She also stated, “I am home whenever you want to come by.” I calmly explained to her that her lack of responsibility to her business lead to my inability to trust her to care for my dog. Her response was “I am so sorry, I didn’t realize it was such a high stakes situation.” This naturally didn’t sit well with me. She further expressed that she wished she could do something, then asked: “Can you not get another flight?”. That she would expect me to change my plans for her lack of responsibility is sad. She didn’t stop there, but continued to argue with me, and I eventually had to just tell her I would no longer communicate with her. I told her I expected a full refund, and then, per her policy (I didn’t cancel three days prior to the delivery date) she was going to try and charge me $156.00 for me to cancel my vacation. Rover was great through all of this. They understood my situation and ensured I received all my money back. I was not going to pay someone to not do their job.

Brittany is an amazing pet sitter and truly cares about providing a safe and friendly home away from home. I have a very energetic goldendoodle, and she was patient and had no issues with her. I will be using Brittany for all of our pet sitting needs!

Brittany was a great communicator and was able to accommodate my two pups quickly. This was the first time not at a kennel for boarding for them, and they came home happily worn out. Brittany had us come for a meet and greet and made me feel better about my nervous younger dog spending time with other dogs. We would love to board with her again.

On short notice, I had to go out of town on military duty, and I found that Brittany had some availability. We were able to quickly connect, and when I dropped my 5-month-old puppy off, it was evident Sumi would be in good hands. Brittany was very inviting, and you could sense her compassion for dogs. While I was apprehensive at first about leaving my puppy with older dogs, it didn't take long to feel comfortable and was convinced everything was going to be just fine. During my trip, Brittany sent me photos of Sumi socializing with her dogs, you know, doing dog things, and all my worries were gone; and she even went as far as trimming Sumi's nails and giving her a bath! Furthermore, when my return home was delayed, Brittany was very accommodating and worked with me to pick Sumi up the next day. Brittany was a lifesaver in more ways than one! I will definitely use her for my future boarding needs, as I am confident Brittany will take great care of Sumi! Thank you, Brittany!!! -James

My German Shepherd, Yana, did very well at Brittany's dog oriented household. She hated being left in a kennel and always seemed to come back sick. Nothing like that happened this time. Even though she is a real mama's girl., she adjusted well and even looked to be having fun playing with the other dogs in the update pictures that Brittany sent me. She was great! My dog got all the attention she needed, had other dogs to play with, a nice big backyard, and someone was always home with her. We got great updates while we were gone. This is a house that loves dogs. And it shows. I will always go to a house like this for boarding. Ps, I need to book you for labor day weekend!

They took car of our fur babies, and kept us updated with pictures. Would use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I board my five month old puppy for one night. When I dropped her off, I was hit by the smell of weed when entering the home. I then drop her off with a pen that I let her know she stays in at night and when left alone, a blanket to put in the pen, toys, chews that I said I’d like for her, and her food in individual baggies for meals which I told her I fed three times a day. The pen wasn’t used at all, she was left to sleep with a person who I wasn’t introduced with without her pen or blanket, she wasn’t fed any meal out of her bag and when I contacted her after picking her up she said she must’ve been fed the wrong food but she wasn’t even there while they were being fed so she wouldn’t know, and when I picked Lily up at 10:30 she went pee and poop immediately which tells me she wasn’t let out in the morning. If you care for your pet at all, don’t bring them to this sitter.
