Overall, a good experience for our dog. She is not normally around a lot of dogs, but managed to handle the experience well! Brian and Pilalak definitely know how to take care of your pup and I would recommend them for a day care or extended stay.

Brian was great! Sent regular photos of our pup frolicking around in his dog play yard with the other dogs there. Great environment - tons of room, nice location. There were a number of other dogs there so keep that in mind if your dog doesn't get along well with others, but our dog loves, loves, loves to play with other dogs, so he was in heaven.

Marley had a good time with Brian and Pilalak! We would have appreciated more frequent and informative updates on how he was doing but overall he seemed to be well cared for and enjoyed being with other dogs in a lovely outdoor environment.

Brian and Pilalak took great care of my dogs while we were out for a week. They would send us regular updates, pictures and videos to keep a mom's soul happy :) They have a huge play area and the dogs get their daily share of exercise. I look forward to working with them again. I give a 5 star rating on their service.

We are not super satisfied with this stay because we’ve had better sitters on Rover and expected the dog hosts to take care of our dog with utmost care due to reviews. While picking up Steffy we were told by the host that he hadn’t eaten the first 2 meals on first day, but eventually did after feeling tired, however this wasn’t shared with us over text before, when we were communicating. On the day of pickup, after getting home, he was ravenously hungry, when the hosts confirmed that Steffy was fed for the evening, which was contradictory. Giving 3 stars because he did have playtime during his time with them and they did have a lot of dogs come in.

Brian and Pilalak were amazing hosts to our pup Freddy! He normally has separation anxiety when we leave him but he warmed up to them quickly. I loved the regular photos and videos and it looks like he was getting lots of outdoor playtime with other dog in their fenced in backyard. It was really nice to come back to a tired and calm dog and not an anxious dog. We are definitely going back to Brian and Pilalak the next time Freddy needs boarding / daycare.

Brian and Pilalak took a good care of my two cats. They kept updating the condition of the cats and sent us pictures of the cats very often, of them playing around or interacting with them and other family members. Thank you!!!

I have never left my pet before and read through many different options before going with Brian and Pilalak. Siggy had an amazing time to the point he missed his doggy friends the first day I returned home. They provided many updates every day of his stay. He was in doggy heaven, and I felt comfortable about leaving him. Highly recommend!!!

Both my doodles were with Brian and Pilalak for a 30 day stay and they had the best fun any pup could ask for. They went on daily walks rain or shine and we received updates regularly with both videos and photos. This is the first time the dogs have stayed for over 2 weeks and it was a definite hit. Brian was extremely accommodating when we wanted a tracker on our pups for the extra peace of mind and went an additional step to keep us updated regularly. The dogs refused to get back after their long stay and that tells how they enjoyed staying over at the dog paradise ! We definitely recommend them to all pet parents ! Thank you!

This was our first time using Rover. We left our 6 month old puppy for 3 nights. We were communicated with several times per day both with photos and videos. The photos and videos depicted a very happy puppy in beautiful surroundings enjoying both play with other dogs as and exploring in nature. The dog was also given plenty of freedom within the home which made us feel at ease. Our puppy came home happy and well adjusted. He didn’t want to leave Sai and the other dogs. A great experience. We highly recommend and have already made another booking. Thank you for taking great care of our sweet puppy!

I booked a 3-day, last minute stay for my cat, Cali, and dog, Rio, with Brian and Pilalak. When we were invited into their home at the time of drop off, we noticed a dark basement with a dog barking. We were brought into a laundry room and told that Rio could stay in the laundry room for night one. The following night they would set him up downstairs. As I was giving instructions for feeding and where to put Cali’s litter box, Pilalak was walking in and out of the room. It appeared a little disorganized, but I trusted that they understood our care instructions. We were grateful to receive ample photos throughout their stay. Cali appeared content and taken care of. Rio’s demeanor appeared more stoic than he usually is around the other dogs. A family member of mine picked up Cali and Rio, who were sent home with another pet’s bag and bed that did not belong to us. At home, my family member noticed Rio needed help out of the car. Once out of the car, Rio retreated to his bed. I was told his behavior was unusual. Finally, they noticed there were multiple blisters on all of his paws. When I asked Brian and Pilalak what may have caused the blisters, they said they noticed his paws were hurt and that it could have been due to the gravel around their home. Brian regretfully mentioned that traditionally, he would promptly let us know when a situation like this occurs, but they noticed it shortly before my family arrived, at the same time they had an unfortunate family emergency. We were not given any money back for the stay, but Brian did assure us that they would take responsibility if Rio needed medical attention. I’m grateful they were able to accommodate us last minute, and I’m grateful that both Rio and Cali are healthy and safe.

Brian and Pilalak were great. They took my two huskies on short notice when I had another arrangement fall through. They were very responsive with photos and videos and the dogs looked like they had a good time with lots of exercise and playtime. I would recommend and will book again in the future.

Stella and Stetson had a great time at Brian and P's place. I received pictures of them throughout their stay and a question about a concern. They have a great set-up and I would love to use them again if they will take me.

Everything went well. I was a nervous wreck, but they were super nice. She was happy and healthy when I picked her up.
