She was amazing! I needed a sitter last minute and she showed up right on time, no issues at all. Took my dog Jojo on a solid 2-mile walk in just 30 minutes and Jojo came back super happy and tired. What really stood out was that she went above and beyond—she even mailed me a custom pet portrait a few days later, which was such a nice surprise. Definitely recommend her if you want someone reliable who actually cares.

Ava was extremely patient and kind to our sweet girl! This was the first time she had been away from home and had lots of anxiety in a new place. Throw in the time change, a rainy week so not a lot of exercise, and Ava was not feeling well. She continued to keep us updated and love our girl until we returned.

Ava was communicative and prompt. And it was clear she adores our dog!

Ava is a superstar sitter that’s caring, considering, and thoughtful both to the baby she’s caring for and her parents that are worried about leaving them behind. She’s very engaging throughout the stay with pictures, updates, and videos - and our baby girl Twyla loves staying with her. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs care for their pup. We have relied on Ava multiple times including an extended stay that was over 2 weeks. I’m never worried as long as Twyla is with Ava.

Booked Ava for a 7 day stay. She arrived on time to pick up our dog, and sent regular updates for the first 5 days. However, we stopped getting updates the last couple days. When I reached out to get an update the day our dog was supposed to get dropped off, I didn’t hear from Ava until we were past the initial drop off window. Turns out she didn’t have a car available and had to drop off our dog the next day.

Alfie loves Ava! She did such a great job keeping him happy snuggled during his week-long stay with her. We’re so grateful she gave him such a lovely space to stay!

Ava took great care of my dog Larry he seemed very happy! She was very good with updating us on how he was doing and sending pictures of him going on walks, eating, napping, etc. would send him back next time I need him cared for!

Ava was an incredible help on a last minute booking as we had a ton of family visiting from out of town and Twyla was overwhelmed with the crowd. I was also going out of the country leaving behind my wife and our infant baby so Ava both picked up and dropped Twyla off (in rush hour traffic!) She was so thoughtful, responsive, and caring - and Twyla came back to us in a great mood.

This was my second time booking with Ava and she absolutely is now one of our go-to sitters. When we arrived outside of her apartment building, my dog got very excited and pulled us right to her door. I loved seeing this and it gives me a lot of peace of mind to know Piper was happy to be coming back to stay at Ava’s. She is so sweet and caring, constantly checking with us about our travel and with updates and photos of Piper and what they did every day. She has a great space and loves animals. Highly recommend her!

Was late for every drop in, did not follow care instructions, did not communicate well. Was about 5 hours late for one drop in. Would not recommend.
