Will not actually watch your dog, will forget to feed them, and leave them alone for hours at a time, rummage through your fridge, will not answer texts or phone calls as well, do not recommend

April stuck in there taking care of my 2 mth old puppy even though I know it was hard having an untrained baby in the house. I was so sick and couldn't take care of her so April's patience with Maggie and her kindness to me was so much appreciated!

NOT DEPENDABLE AT ALL. Either a no show or showed up late. Scheduled her for two weeks and only managed to show up on time once. Will message you the day service is needed and say can't come due to doctor appointment or has a migraine and not show up. Thankfully was in town when service was needed, as not sure what would happen if I was out of town.

The dogs had a great stay with April! She took them to the dog park and sent pictures everyday while they were with her. I would definitely leave them with her again!

I am so grateful for April!! I work long hours when I work and she goes out of her way to do what’s best for my fur babies. She’s been more than accommodating when I suddenly need to go out of town & always takes initiative to do more even when it’s not asked of her!

I am disappointed with my experience using this sitter. I have always found Rover sitters to be very reliable, but my dog was injured during his stay. Upon returning home, it was clear he had a puncture wound in his ear- looks like either a dog bite or other injury. He was treated at the vet to close the wound and given medication to treat potential infection. I have contacted Rover regarding my concern over the safety of my dog during this stay.

April was very accommodating for our dog's stay over a holiday weekend. She was lovely towards our very shy dog, who returned home happy. Will definitely book April if available for any future stay and highly recommend her!!
