Vanessa is an amazing pet sitter!! She very thorough with her updates and we couldn’t be happier with her looking after our cat.

Rover.com is very blessed to have Vanessa working and representing them. She is a delight to work with. Very thorough and truly understands per owners and little "quirks" they may have. I was unimpressed with Rover.com after speaking with help desk and because of her kindness and her enthusiasm, I went ahead and made reservation. The weekend was grand and the first time my 1 year old Chihuahua was without me. My 10 yr old terrier is terrified of storms and made it through a nasty storm on Saturday thanks to Vanessa understanding her needs. Her services will be needed in the future and can't wait to talk with her again. She is a star!!

Vanessa was on it! She responded quickly. Gave clear next steps. On arrival for visit I immediately saw her animal knowledge and professionalism. She helped us in a high stress situation and she was cool as a cucumber. Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Vanessa, and she will now be my go-to when she’s available. Her portfolio speaks for itself, but she was simply AMAZING during my house sitting stay. I could tell my dog loved her from the meet and greet to the pictures Vanessa sent while I was away. I trust her completely with my dog and my house in her care. She kept the place clean and washed bedding on her last day. I can’t wait for her and Izzy to spend time together again!

Vanessa is great! My pups love her and were clearly comfortable and happy when she pet sat for a week while we were out of town. She was communicative, provided great end of day reports with pictures, and quick to respond. House was in pristine condition when we returned.

This is our second time using Vanessa for care for our kitties! They were strays originally so they are extremely nervous and scared around new people. Vanessa is so patient with them and really understands their needs. She sent tons of pictures and got them to come out and play and eat treats several times. It was so great knowing our babies were taken such good care of while we were away on our trip. We will be so happy to recommend Vanessa to anyone needing exceptional pet care!

Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She watched our two cats and bearded dragon while we were on our honeymoon for two weeks and gave us so much peace of mind. Our cats are getting old and need medications and she was so wonderful with them. They really loved her. She also kept an eye on the plants and house as well and our herbs were thriving when we came home! We will definitely be booking with her again in the future - she is a lovely human!

Vanessa did a great job looking after our home and our dog. He enjoyed his long walks and we got photo updates every evening. Our flight home was delayed by hours and Vanessa kindly returned to our house to check on our dog one more time. We would recommend her highly.

I have never used a pet sitter before due to being so protective over my 2 fur babies. Vanessa came in and treated them the same way that I did. Lots of love, cuddles, photos, play time, walks, the whole nine yards! This was the best experience hands down that I could have ever had. Her compassion for my dogs was unmatched.
