Alex is great at communicating and our cats love her! Will book again!

Alex is wonderful. My cats warmed up to her very quickly. I have never had anyone come in my house before so I was skeptical. But Alex calmed all my fears. She was so lovable and patient with my boys. So happy I took a chance with her. She’s a gem and I would totally recommend her to anyone..

Alley is absolutely amazing…I have a house full of animals that she cares for when we’re away, including ones with special needs that require daily medication and extra care. I know they are in good hands with her. She really cares and goes above and beyond. I have had other care takers, but she is the best and always my first choice!

Alley took amazing care of our dog Libby. She was communicative and thoughtful. She gave Libby puzzle toys and lick mats for some stimulation while it was too cold to play outside. Would highly recommend

Horrible Rover sitter! For drop in visits, she gave my cat double the medicine he was to take, on two different days that she had drop in visits, despite my typed up instructions of my cat’s medication, dosage and time he was to take it. I left her the instructions in my home the days of the booking. I had also showed her the medication instructions and explained them to her at the Meet and Greet with her , prior to the booking, stressing that if she had any questions or concerns, to please call or text. Before she left on the last day of the booking I had with her, she left my key at the bottom of my screen door, before she left, without ever discussing with me how I wanted the key returned. In addition, for another booking, she tried to charge me to come over to my house to pick up my key for another drop in booking, without ever disclosing she had additional charges to pick up keys before booking. She told me this was her policy, not Rover’s. She never disclosed her key policies prior to the bookings. I was displeased with her trying to charge me to pick up the key for the second booking without prior notice, so she canceled the booking. I’ve always had such positive experiences with sitters on Rover, so I’m shocked and distressed by the experiences I have had with this sitter.
