Cate is very easy to communicate with. She takes great care our pets. We feel very comfortable with her staying at out home. Cate sends pictures of out pets and gives us regular updates. Would highly recommend her.

Cate was excellent caretaker for our two English Bull terriers, one of which is a 6 month old puppy, not the easiest assignment. But she gave us regular updates, and kept the dogs on a schedule which we really appreciated. I would recommend her without question and plan to use her again in the future!

This was our first time using Rover, and also ever hiring a dog sitter to watch our two dogs. We were a bit anxious going into our trip wondering how our dogs would do with a new person staying with them. From the jump Cate was awesome to work with and really put us at ease that our dogs would be in great hands. She sent us daily updates and pictures, and left our home in great shape for when we returned. Would highly recommend Cate, and we are really happy with our first Rover/dog sitter experience!

Cate took care of my dog and cat while I was away for five nights and was so communicative throughout the booking process and her stay at my house. She communicated multiple times a day sending pictures and showing how well they were doing. Thank you Cate!!!

We can’t say enough good things about Cate! This was our fourth or fifth time booking her, and as always, she was absolutely wonderful with our senior dog (12 going on 13). He has a complicated medication routine, and she handled it with so much care and attention. Most recently, Cate stayed with him for two full weeks, and she kept us updated every single day on his pill schedule, his meals, and how he was doing. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and loving hands. She truly goes above and beyond to make everything stress-free for both us and our pup. I recently had the pleasure of working with Cate for the first time when I left my Giant Schnauzer home for a long weekend. From the very beginning, I knew we were in good hands. Despite the challenges I presented, including my uncertainty about the time frame and commitment level, Cate remained steadfast and supportive throughout the entire process. Cate did a wonderful job with Watson. They became “buddies” in a very short time and she easily handle ld is walking and dietary issues. She will be a pleasure to have back.

I had such a great experience with Cate from the way she bonded with my animals to the communication throughout my trip. She took care of the house and entertained my dog with plenty of activities. Thanks so much and I will definitely be calling her again!

We did a meet and greet prior to having Cate stay at our house with our dog, Milo. We made it clear that his schedule was number one priority and she acknowledged that. We left a simple typed sheet with his schedule and some notes about the house and Milo to help her remember. One of those notes was to supervise him in the backyard and to keep him from eating mulch, which he does sometimes. She completely ignored his schedule and also asked questions that were clearly addressed in the instructions we left her. There were also multiple instances where Milo was left unattended in the backyard and we saw him eating mulch. She also made it a game when he got a piece of mulch and playfully chased him around which only reinforced his behavior. We have cameras all around the outside of our house so we can tell if/when he was walked and his activities in the backyard. Not only was that worrisome and dangerous for him but we returned to a completely messy house. Floors were covered in grass and dirt, pee left in the toilet unflushed, and towels left laying on the floor in the bedroom and bathrooms. We will not be using her again and would not recommend her if you are wanting proper care for your pets. We’ll be evaluating Milo over the next few days to see if any health issues come up due to her lack of care and supervision and hope that nothing major comes of it, otherwise we’ll be reaching out to Rover.
