Super sweet, communication was great and she provided me with lots of pictures of my baby during her daily walks and during playtime. Would definitely book again!!!

The Good: Our dogs were safe, fed, and walked, and they looked happy and well-cared for on our home cameras. The basic physical care for our dogs was fine, and when there was an emergency delay on day one, the sitter did let us know after I checked in. Where it fell short: The primary issue for us was punctuality and communication. We booked with specific drop-in times, but visits were consistently up to an hour late without updates. Because we didn't receive heads-up texts, we spent a lot of time worrying and stressing. We also had to ask for complete Rover Cards and photos of both dogs.

Did an excellent job with my cats, she was even able to get my timid boy to say hi! 10/10

She was able to come last minute after I had an emergency and was so sweet with my dog and about the situation!

Acoya was unreliable, coming late/outside of the window I booked her for almost every day without communicating. This created worry and concern for me while on vacation. She continued to be late and lack communication after I communicated a need for her to be there closer to the window I booked her for and communicate more. One time, Acoya didn’t come until 11 pm, when I had booked her to come around 4 pm. Another time, Acoya said she completely forgot to come when I reached out around 8:30 pm asking when she’d be over. I felt my cats were neglected.

I needed last minute pet care for my elderly cat. She has special needs and is on a few medications. Acoya was able to help me and had one of her staff sit my cat at our home. I am so grateful for the care my cat received and that she could stay in her home.

Acoya was communicative, thoughtful, and really made us feel at ease leaving our puppy with her. Watching a puppy isn’t easy and Acoya was able to work through adjustments and sent pictures without us asking to keep us at ease. Highly recommended.
