Ryan is great, if any of my friends were to ask me who they should use for pet sitting I would tell them that Ryan has been the best sitter we've ever had, and at this point we have been using her for years!

I am very pleased with Ryan taking care of my 2 cats, Kate and Jenna. Jenna has always been stand offish and skittish around people outside of our family, this time Ryan won her over. I got multiple pictures of Jenna asking for pets and playtime. Knowing bit my girls were being not only well cared for but getting personal playtime in as well was very comforting.

Thank you Ryan for dropping into our home to provide my cat with his meals and some company. Much appreciated!

Ryan has now watched our two cats multiple times, and we couldn’t be happier. She is reliable, communicative, and clearly cares about the animals she looks after. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our cats are in such good hands while we travel. Everything has been smooth each time, and our cats are always happy and well cared for when we return. We’ve already booked her again for future trips, which says everything. Highly recommend.

Ryan knows animal behavior quite well and is able to make a few cats and a few dogs living together work well. She had no problem administering medication to my dog.

I’m hesitant to leave this review, but I feel it's important to share our experience as it left us confused and disappointed. We were very excited to find Ryan. The meet and greet went wonderfully—our dogs seemed happy, and they got along well with her pets. Based on that first meeting, we felt confident leaving them in her care. However, when we dropped them off, there were additional dogs present that we hadn't seen before, which we understand may be part of her business. Unfortunately, we believe that may have contributed to the issues that followed. Communication was great for the first two days, including photo updates of one of our dogs. After that, we didn’t hear anything until I reached out four days later. At that point, we were told the dogs were doing fine—no mention of any issues. It wasn’t until pick-up that my husband was told our younger dog had gone after a cat and was crated for most of the week, except for bathroom breaks. We were also told that our older dog became very reactive when the other was crated, jumped gates, and showed aggression when a visitor raised their hand during a conversation. We were shocked, especially since our older dog’s sundown syndrome had been discussed during the meet and greet—this may have played a role in some of the behavior, particularly at night in an unfamiliar environment. I’m not excusing their behavior, but it was deeply upsetting to hear all of this only at pickup. These are family members to us, and we would’ve appreciated knowing sooner so we could help troubleshoot or make adjustments. To make matters worse, our dog’s electronic collar was returned broken, and their food was barely touched, raising further concerns about their time there. We understand caring for animals can be unpredictable, but transparency and timely communication are critical. We wish things had gone differently.
