About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of varying sizes since I was a little girl. In my childhood home we had five dogs, two cats and one bunny! I currently have three pups, and four cats! They’re very special to me and I take the most precious care of them, which I extend to all animals and hopefully, to yours too! I currently have college classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so I am unavailable 1-2:30pm! M/W and weekends I can be available anytime if I have enough notice! :) Just like I do with my pets, I will follow your fur babies eating and potty schedule to a tee. They’ll only get the best love, and “gentle dog parenting” (haha). I love to go on walks myself, so they’ll get out plenty. It’s your home and your pet, so I will surely follow the rules you have set for your pet care.

About: I lived on a farm growing up and I’ve taken care of basically every animal on that farm. My neighbors let me dog sit for them here and there, I’ve taken care of big dogs, small dogs, medium sized dogs and I have no problem walking them in the middle of the night if I have too. I’m going to college for agribusiness and a side job is nice to have. I take care of my farm animals every morning, I wake up at the crack of dawn and feed the animals make sure their care for the morning is done before my care I have a large yard for your doggies to run around and play and I have plenty of energy to play with them at anytime! our ducks have the whole back yard to themselves that is fenced in! we have a long dirt road that is great for walks!

About: I have always been around animals my whole life. Since I was very little. I raised two puppies at my parents house. I have owned rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs and fish. We have always had cats and even when I bought a house with my husband we took in his parents cat because I fell in love with that rascal. I worked at a dog kennel for a summer in highschool. I also helped out at a horse farm in highschool. This is not to say I will offer Horse care. I just really enjoy being around all animals. I hope you let me walk your furry friend and show them all the love. I am a very active person and enjoy getting out for walks. This will be beneficial for myself and your pet. I am only available on weekends to help out. If you have an event or even work I can stop by and do a little drop in on your furry friend. I have young kids to work around but plenty of support to help me out with that. No kids will be around your furry friends on walks or drop in's. I prefer to use a harness when walking your dogs. but will adjust to whatever the owners requests are. I respect all boundaries of in home care such as where the dog is, is the only place I go. I also will keep you updated on your pets current care.

I care for all pets and have experience with many cats and dogs :) i promise to do everything possible to give your pet the best care I am a student but have plenty of time in between classes and overnight to care for any pet in need! My busiest day is Tuesday but I have full availability every day. I have a fenced yard and dog park at my apartment. I have lots of space and do allow pets on furniture! I love to walk and am not far from a park.

About: I have a German Shepherd that we have had for 2 months we have been getting her used to people. I have dog sat for my friend's that went away on vacation feeding and housesitting. Also helping 2 golden retrievers that I helped potty train and play with. Im am currently unemployed and loving on my dog. Very eager to meet new dog and cats. I have a German Shepherd to love on. About: Responsible pet sitter with over 20 years experience. My husband 3 children and I run a small homestead. We have our family dog Penny, 2 cats named lamb and cow, bunnies, pigs and chickens. I have experience with small and large livestock. And have Volunteered time fostering dogs for PAWS in state college. I have experience with and assisting the delivery of animals, administering medications, following specific feeding schedules, and providing companionship and exercise. I’m a stay at home mom with 3 children. We do go to church on Sunday's. We would be gone Sunday's for about 3 hours in total. Unless it’s soccer season we are home! We have a fenced in front yard and our back yard leads into the woods. We have areas for a dog to be completely fenced in if needed as well. We spend a majority of our summer days outside. We live in a 2 story home, pets will be on the main floor in our home. Our stairs have gates for the bottom and top. Our animals are welcome on the couch but if this is a no no for you we will respect that. Our dog is crate trained and sleeps in her crate at night. Our cats have free range of our home but spend most of the time in the basement.
