About: I have fostered for many animal shelters. I own 5 dogs, two cats, and two goats. I have a passion for working with animals, and give 110%. I have a full-time job Monday-Friday, I am available on the weekends and maybe and some evenings. I will do my best to make it work to fit your needs. I have experience walking, feeding, giving medicine. Making sure they have a safe walk and the best care is my number one priority. I will make them feel safe.

About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and personalized care I give every pet. I take the time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, and needs so they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I’m experienced with puppies who need consistency, potty breaks, playtime, and basic routine reinforcement, as well as senior pets who may need a gentler pace, extra patience, medication support, or additional comfort. I also provide regular updates and photos so pet parents always know their furry family members are happy and well cared for. I’m able to help out on Monday-Friday or Saturdays and Sundays. I do not accept boarding as my currently home is renting.

About: I’ve had a dog my entire life except for a few very lonely months in 2020 after I lost the love of my life, Romey, the naughtiest lab with the best sense of humor. I grew up with labs (mostly ) but now have Gizmo, a labrodoodle , who will soon become BDE (best dog ever) if he can finally learn how to not jump like a kangaroo when he sees his dog friends. I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was young. I’d walk, feed and love on my neighbors and friends pets. I hope I will be the one you call and who you can trust with your furry BFF. Whether you have a long day at work or a weekend vacation, I’ll be there for you! I work part time on the weekends up on the mountain and have lots of time during the week to help out with your dog! I have a fenced in play area in my back yard and crates, dog beds and a designated “dog room” where your pet can relax in solitude or with Gizmo!

My kids love animals & enjoy spending time with them, so your pet will get lots of affection & interaction while they’re here. You can expect reliable care, a safe environment, & regular photo & message updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m happy to follow your pet’s routine & tailor care to their needs. We would love the opportunity to serve your family in any way we can. We have 1.5 acres of yard to run around on + 10 acres of wooded area! If we are caring for your pets in your home, we will carefully follow your instructions for their care. Any requests further than 10 miles from my home will be charged a travel fee of .655 per mile.

“Dawn Star took wonderful care of my two dogs while my family and I were out of town for a long weekend. I came back home to happy dogs and a well cared for home. This was my first experience with a house sitter and found my dogs to be much more relaxed at the end of the stay compared to when they board at a facility. About: Hi there:) You will never have to wonder if your fur baby is being taken care of with me around! I’ve been around/taking care of animals my whole life! I currently have 3 dogs, a yorkie (3), a black lab (11)and a black lab german shepherd mix(8) and getting a GSP puppy in a few weeks! Also have a bunny, sheep and goat. Can you tell i’m an animal lover? lol. I work 8am-2pm at lake monichello. After work I would be able to come straight to your home and take care of your fur babies! If I am doing an overnight stay, in the AM before work I would walk your animal (feed also if requested ) then in the PM after work stay at the home most of the evening. would leave maybe to grab dinner. Playtime ,Walking, feeding, I can bathe also take to appointments if requested! Care for animals with love always! Approach your animal slowly and calm to show them i’m not a threat but a friend☺️ Lots of lovings also of course!

About: I absolutely love animals and have had them through out my entire life. I have experience from working at “Dogtopia” to “Home away from home, dog boarding”. I understand the importance of family and would love to be your dogs next best friend! I have experience providing care for a variety of animals, including feeding, grooming, and monitoring health. I am familiar with cleaning and sanitizing animal housing and equipment, and can recognize signs of illness or distress. By feeding, walks, and playtime—with my personal habits like breakfast, exercise, and evening relaxation it helps to create a consistent, healthy routine. My successful routine with my 12 year old senior terrier includes early morning engagement to set a positive tone, scheduled midday breaks or mental stimulation to combat boredom, and structured evening bonding that eases stress. I have a 12 year old friendly Emotional support animal named Flower, who still loves to run and play. I also live close to the park, and have a crate if needed.

We found Kelsey who had great reviews and upon meeting her in person, felt comfortable to move forward with booking her for a 5 night stay in our home watching our golden retriever. Kelsey was fantastic! She did an amazing job keeping an eye on our home but must importantly, taking care of our dog. She provided daily updates and her communication was always prompt. Highly recommend Kelsey and we will definitely be using her again!”

About: I will walk, bathe, and feed your precious loves. I will make sure your babies are loved and cared for. If you don’t like something for your animals, I won’t do it. Willing to negotiate if you have multiple dogs , or cats if you have cats. I will make sure your lovely animals are happy and well taken care of while under my supervision and care. I don’t allow animals on my bed but they are allowed on my futon, if you may have special ways of taking care of them I will make sure they are taken care of the way you want them to be! I love animals and want them happy! Willing to travel and stay at your home with your animals if that’s what you’re more comfortable with! I’m currently not working, so my time and attention is 100% on your loved animals. I will make sure your baby is loved and taken care of. I have an unfenced yard but i do have a leash & a dog cable so i can have your dog outside getting some sun and enjoying the weather. I have 1 dog that can keep your dog company!

About: I have been a dog and cat owner/lover/advocate my whole life. I miss having my own pets so much so I pet sit during our travels and while we are home too! I’m a massage therapist and energy worker so animals LOVE my touch and calming presence. I’m very active and love long walks. I’m totally comfortable with large dogs. I have retired early so my schedule is very flexible. I am happy to travel to pet sits. I tend to do pet sitting in Florida during the months of January and February. I love having dogs and cats in my home. There is a little river behind my house and the national forest and Sherando Lake Recreation Area is just beyond the river so there’s lots of space for long walks. Pets will get lots of loving care, tons of cuddles, and undivided attention while under my care and I will walk for as long and far as your dog (or cat) wants to.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters rats, guinea pigs, ferret. Well-versed in pets and having to interact with them and give them love that they need whether it’s an hour day or all day and overnight. Currently doing this as a side gig, i work nights so i will reply as soon as im awake (generally sleeping 6am to 2pm) but I would like to do it full-time.
