About: I’ve had and been around dogs all my life, from free roaming farm dogs to the most spoiled Pomeranians. I’m the guy who has treats and a leash in his car just in case I see a loose dog running around or hear there’s one nearby. I’m the guy who will remember your dog’s name, but probably not yours. I’m the guy pet owners warn that their dog is anxious of people, only to watch their dog sense my immediate love for them. I work as a freelancer, so my availability is mostly wide open outside of some specific appointments and projects that will be noted in my profile. In your home, I will follow any patterns and schedules you request to maintain a consistent experience for your dog. I have three dogs in my home consisting of two puppies and one senior, so I will not be hosting any appointments here at this time.

About: I have had pets since I was a child. I grew up with mainly German shepherds but also have a dog of my own! I do have basic training skills from observing trainers while I worked at Petco. I work 2 jobs so this is an opportunity for me to unwind and connect with animals in my spare time. My usual work schedule is first shift so I am available after 3pm M-F for anytype of pet care. I live in an apartment with 2 cats and snake. I am willing to take a night out of the week to spend with your pet if need be in your home. They will get lots of play time and love! You can be worry free knowing that your pet will be treated with the same love and care that my pets receive.

“Melissa stayed in our home and cared for our two pups while on a last minute trip. She was so caring to our aging pet who is 15 and diabetic while also managing our high energy labradoodle. Melissa has tremendous experience in caring for animals and issuing special medical attention if needed, she gave our pet insulin with every meal and always asked a question to make sure things were just right. We feel pretty blessed to have found Melissa to care for our home and pets while away. She left the house more tidy that when we left and went above and beyond for our family. We are so thankful to have found someone so kind and caring through Rover!”

About: I've grown up with dogs and once I lived on my own, soon adopted 3 cats. I've had several dogs and cats throughout my life, loving them as my children. Every animal I meet melts my heart in their own special way and I fall in love every time. I would be honored to care for your fur [or scale!] baby/ies! I currently work part time at petco in the evenings mostly. I do have my own animals, but find myself always wishing I had more. I have plenty of time and heart to give! I will feed your animal the directed amount in the directed time. I will play with your cat/dog several times throughout the day. For dogs, potty breaks every 2 hours minimum. And as many cuddles and hugs as they want!

About: We had a mini schnauzer growing up, who we adored! She taught us so much patience with the insistent barking, so I can handle anything!(: I’m looking to walk dogs when I have down time over the weekend, or on shorter days of work during the week (Tuesday, Thursday, some Fridays). I will be primarily walking dogs, but I will purchase a long leash for letting dogs hang out in my yard if we dog-sit. Our yard is half an acre, so plenty of space to run.

“Leah was very prompt in her response to our initial inquiry. She was willing and able to do a meet and greet with our beloved Jack within a few days. When we met her, we immediately knew we made the right choice and it would be a good fit. Leah more than delivered on taking care of our sweet although rambunctious boy! He can be difficult to take on a walk but she did it with ease. Leah gave us updates on how he was doing daily with pictures and videos, which we much appreciated. She left our home cleaner than we left it. We HIGHLY recommend her! Thank you Leah for helping our family be able to enjoy our vacation and know our Jack-o-bean was in great hands being taken care of!!”

About: Hello! My name is Kim and I would love to care for your pet! I’ve been a pet owner for over 20 years! I’ve owned cats, dogs, birds, fish, etc! I love animals and would like to care for them in my home or in yours for drop in care, I have over 4 acres of yard and trails at my home for them to run and play in! My son also loves animals as well and will be helping me to play and take care of them! If you have any questions at all I’m willing to answer them, I hope you will put your trust in me as I know animals are like family and I will treat them as just that! I look forward to hearing from you, Thank you for reading this and I can’t wait to meet and care for your beloved pet! There will be 1-2 potty breaks per hour mealtime, treats/learning a new trick, playtime, and snuggles are a must! My son loves animals and will be helping when he is not in school as well! Dog boarding is regular walks throughout the day on our over 4 acre trails, potty breaks every few hours, playtime, and rest! Doggie daycare includes walking, potty breaks, and playtime. Drop in visits are potty break, and playtime!

About: I have grown up with dogs, my whole life and have a special place in my heart for rescue dogs. I’m comfortable with a range of personalities and energy levels. I treat every pet as if they were my own, offering patients, kindness, and plenty of affection. Whether it’s a short walk or a game of fetch, I’m here to make your furry friend feel safe, happy and cared for while you are away. I am currently working 6am-2pm Monday-Thursday and have a waitressing job on the weekends where the schedule can vary (usually working nights). I will be sure to communicate weekends as we schedule! ⭐️ I will be moving to Stevens Point September 1! when I care for pets in a clients home, I follow their routines closely- honoring their preferences for feeding, medications, walks and play. I want their pets to feel as comfortable and stress-free in their own space. Communication is key, and I’m always happy to provide photo and text updates to ease any worry while you’re away.

About: I’ve been in a household with dogs and other pets since I was little. I currently have one dog of my own and foster other dogs to train them and ensure they succeed in finding a good forever home! I love walking dogs and making sure they get their daily exercise. I’m currently in a slow season for my job and go through periods of being laid off. During those periods I am available everyday of the week to take care of your furry friend(s)! I love getting outside and ensuring your furry friends get their exercise they need. I also have experience with giving pups medications or other specific things they may need under my care. I can work on training simple commands as well as leash manners.
