“Julianne and her lovely family are a Godsend for me and my Italian greyhound, Mia! When I went on vacation for eight days, they were so good about sending pictures and keeping me posted on her progress. Mia has never stayed with anyone other than family before so I was able to schedule an overnight stay after our initial meet and greet, which I feel was super helpful in helping Mia feel more comfortable. When we initially arrived, Mia Walked right in the front door with a calm sense of knowing where she was, and they were consciously attentive to her needs and well-being - she definitely did not lack in the cuddle department and also made a new friend with their cat, mango! I would most definitely recommend Julianne and her family, most especially for a smaller breed that needs more of that one on one attention. I have a short trip planned in December and will continue to use their services for as long as they will be available!”

“Suzanne took great care of our little dog, Charlie, while we were on vacation recently. I was so pleased with the care he received and the daily updates from Suzanne that always included lots of photos of Charlie! Suzanne is very knowledgeable and gave us some great tips about canine nutrition, too. We will definitely book when Suzanne again!”

“Barbara is a really warm person who my dog took a shine to right away. I was very comfortable leaving my little buddy with her and it sounds like they had a great time 🙂”

“So happy to have come across Jennifer and Eric before boarding our pup. Seeing photos of him snuggling their kids and knowing he was being loved on all week gave us so much peace of mind while we were on vacation. Thank you guys so much!”

“Ron was very helpful taking my young energetic pup on pretty short notice for a long weekend! He was patient with her and definitely gave her some good outlets for play with other dogs because she was totally tired out when I picked her up.”

“Saawan and Kangna are the best! We’re so thankful we found them. They cared for Rosie with so much love. They were thoughtful and kind and very prompt with all communication.”

“Haley and Graham was our first experience with Rover and it was a great one! So thankful they took such good care of our doggy and kept us updated the whole time!”

“Dottie took excellent care of my deaf 16-year-old beagle named Brody. She cooked special food for him that he absolutely loved. She sent me photos regularly throughout each day with cute captions that reassured me what good hands he was in. She had a special wonderful and comfortable bed that he likes so much that I am buying one for my Brody! She recommended a new medication for his arthritis that we intend to use. Dottie takes a very special interest in dogs that comes from her heart. I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my dog was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Dottie!”
“This was my first time trying out DogVacay and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant and convenient experience. It was a day before I was leaving town and Shawna was more than happy to take Wally (9 month corgi/chihuahua pup) in for the weekend. The drop off/pick up times corresponded with my schedule and updates were fantastic. I would recommend anyone in the DTLA area to drop of their dog for boarding.”

“Allison was really easy to work with. Her and her family took good care of my dog and responded timely with updates when I checked in. I would gladly work with her again in the future.”

“He was able to come to my rescue when I was on a trip and ended up in the hospital. He kept me updated and provided a lot of pictures. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!!”

“Super awesome nice family took excellent care of my German Shepherd for six days! Excellent communications and pictures during his stay. I will definitely use their services again.”
“My dog enjoyed it. The first 3-4 days was rough, but after that, she gotten so used to it, and the family is so loving and sweet. They have a huge area and land where it gives a dog space to run around. Overal the lady was super sweet and understanding, super loving and always tried to find a solution to solve a problem when we were away. I MUST RECOMMEND HER!!!!”

“Sharon is an amazing pet sitter! Her calm demeanor and caring personality put my dog at ease. After a long weekend, my dog was so relaxed - I could tell she was well taken care of. Thank you, Sharon!”

“Alexis was great with my new puppy . I was worried about leaving him with anyone since he is so new but she put me at ease. Lots of photos, attention and loves. My pup came come happy and tired”

What a life saver! My mother fell and broke her hip and Jill took care of my mother’s dog, Bandit, for over 3 weeks (all family lives out of state). She even brought the dog to visit my mother in the rehab hospital. Jill is now Bandit’s regular dog walker. Highest recommendation! - Mike

Megan watched my little weirdo for over a week while my family was out of the country and she was communicative and took great care of him. This was our second sitting with Megan and when it was time for Ricky to stay over again, he ran right in her house like it was his own. We will definitely used Megan's services again!

I was so happy to hear Millie had a great time and everyone had a great time with her!! Such a beautiful home and beautiful people, we found a loving place for Millie to spend time whenever we visit Portland! Thank you to the family again, Millie and I so appreciate the accommodations☺️💕

Xanthia was very attentive to the emotional and physical needs of my dog, Marley. She helped Marley calm down when he was anxious, took him for several walks throughout the day and provided play time outside. Xanthia sent me wonderful updates and photos throughout the day that were really fun to receive.

Chris and Angela are fantastic! Riley warmed up to them quickly because they were so sweet and loving with him. They walked him and played with him daily. They sent multiple photos and videos every day. Riley was clearly happy while in their care. That made me feel much more relaxed about leaving Riley for a short trip to Seattle. They followed the instructions I left and are very reliable and were flexible when we needed to adjust our schedule. Chris and Angela are our go-to sitters for now on. I highly recommend them.

Alexis and Jacob were wonderful sitters for my 8-year-old Schnauzer-Poodle, Rogue. It was the first time I left Rogue in a new home, and they were excellent communicators, very accommodating, and made her feel safe and welcomed. I truly felt I could trust them and deeply appreciated their caring approach.

We can’t say enough good things about Yuliya! This is not the first time she’s cared for Hoku, and time and time again we are so happy with the love and attention she gives her. While we were away for a week, Yuliya was once again so accommodating, thoughtful, and communicative. Hoku always comes home happy and relaxed, which says everything. We trust Yuliya completely and feel so lucky to have found her — she truly treats Hoku like family.

Krystle was very caring of our 12 year old dog. She did her best to make her feel at home and was very attentive to her needs. She also pampered Aspen with special treats & a solo walk when she noticed she was feeling homesick. Aspen enjoys going to her home and hanging out with Loki & Colt! She literally ran up to the steps at drop off. Highly recommend!
