I recently lost an 18 year old cat who had been diabetic for 10 years and I gave him insulin twice a day. I have experience with giving medication pills, fluids and shots. I run an online clothing reselling business which is very flexible, so I can be at your pets appointment timely and ready for their undivided attention! I can visit your home for your dog or cat as often as needed, get a good walk in and get lots of play time together!
About: I love dogs and have taken care of them all my life! I recently lost my companion of 12 years in April 2026, Finley, who passed onto the rainbow bridge due to old age. Finley was a 120lb gentle giant, so I am highly experienced with large breeds and dogs of all sizes. Whether you have a Great Dane or a Pomeranian, I will care for your fur baby as if they were my own. Being a dog lover while no longer having one has been heartbreaking for me, but it also means that I now have the opportunity to hangout with your pup! :) I only ask for a week in advance notice and prefer to do a meet and greet beforehand to see if we align. I work my day job Thursday through Sunday and am currently available for house sitting Sunday night through Thursday morning and drop-in visits M, T, W. We have an incredibly anxious cat who, for lack of a better phrase, does not play well with others. 😬 We were so worried about having someone we didn’t know personally check on her while we were out of town for a few days, but Cheryl instantly calmed all of those nerves. Long and informative messages about my cat’s progress and what she got up to, as well as adorable photos and videos came every evening. Cheryl was exceedingly patient and kind with our girl, going above and beyond, and i would (and will) hire her again and again!!
