About: I have lived with animals my entire life, primarily cats and dogs. I have experience working in a doggy daycare and boarding setting (with both small dog and large dog packs), along with experience in a traveling vaccination clinic for cats and dogs. I also have experience working in an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant aiding in wellness exams and major surgeries. I also have years of private petsitting for families with cats, dogs, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and goats. I have years of volunteer experience with wildlife conservation and rehabilitation organizations in the United States, South Africa, and Peru. I genuinely love animals —domestic and wild— and would love to hang with yours! Pet sitting and dog walking is my full time job during the winter. I take my time with other’s pets very seriously! I make myself available to spend as much time with your pets as needed. To secure a booking, I highly encourage pet parents to reach out sooner than later as I tend to book out weeks and even months in advance! I prefer meeting and staying with pets in their own homes and familiar environments as it helps keep their normal routine and schedule, and minimizes unnecessary stress and anxiety for the pet.

“Maria did an excellent job with our pup Mango (a large male golden retriever), who was at that tough adolescent stage when she started working with him. Mango has noise anxiety, is still developing leash walking skills and lacks confidence when other dogs are around. She regularly walked him several times a week and it went so well. Maria developed a relationship with Mango and explored various options to see what would work best with him. She was able to get him engaged in activities that pushed his boundaries in positive ways, fostering growth and additional confidence. She integrated her own pup in walking to give Mango a positive model to follow when he felt nervous. By the end, Maria had Mango making successful trips to the dog park and exploring new trails and that would not have been possible without her caring efforts. About: I have had dogs since I was 7 years old. At one point 1 owned 5 very well behaved and loved dogs. I own one today who is my best friend. I could be your part time pet care/walker. All animals need love and effection along with companionship with people friends and fur friends. Love dogs!!! My dog is very spoiled. We doing 3 to 4 times a week at Dog Mountain. Right now he goes to daycare 2x a week to socialize. Sleeps next to me and goes 95% if time with me.

About: I've cared for all kinds of animals including farm animals like chickens and goats to typical house pets, Right down to a sugar glider once I have a wonderful schedule that allows me 3 days off. With school getting ready to pick back up again and winter on its way. I'm looking for a little extra income and what better way than to spend some hours with the best things on the planet, pets! Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are my days off so those are the days I will be available most often. Though, because I don't leave for work until noon, I would be open to morning drop-ins when possible on the weekends. It's important for pets to know they're taken care of fresh food and water. Some play time and company clean litter boxes and walks. Their comfort is key.

About: Hi there! I work a regular 8-4, Monday through Friday, but my free time is all about pets! I absolutely love spending time with animals of all kinds and I'm comfortable caring for pets with special needs or who require medications. I'll always make sure your furry family member feels safe, loved, and well taken care of while you're away. Caring for pets fits naturally into my daily routine. I plan my day around each pet's needs, making time for walks, feedings, play, and companionship. Whether it's morning drop-ins, afternoon walks, or evening visits, I enjoy giving each pet my full attention and making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while their owners are away. I like to follow the already daily routine pets have. From where they sleep and eat, to what time they eat. With dogs I'm willing to take them out on walks on the leash till I know they'll recall to me, unless you live on a property that they run free on often.

About: I have taken care of my family and friend’s dogs for years. I just found out about Rover from a friend who’s been on Rover for some time and she’s told me just how fun and rewarding it is, so I am giving it a go! I have a Yellow Lab of my own “Jader” who loves going for hikes and swimming in my pond. Currently I am very flexible and would be able to provide walks, pet sitting, and potentially be willing to board on a case by case basis. I look forward to where this Rover journey takes me! At the time I am in flight school which is part time and I have quite a bit of flexibility. So days and evenings are doable. I live on a 100 acre horse farm at the end of quiet dirt road so there is very little traffic. When you come by for the first time you will think this is doggy heaven. My Lab Jader is very easy going and gets along with most dogs. Of course before entertaining any boarding I would have to see how Jader gets along with your dog. Other than that I am used to walking and hiking in public areas so walking the rec path or going up the Pinnacle would not be an issue.

About: I have walked, given baths, feds dogs.I have also taught my dogs commands such as sit, stay, come and how to walk on or off leach. Also how to get into a car by using word kennel. Pet care fits into my daily routine because once I comment being a pet care my priority.Life with out my dog would not be the same. I may not have a fenced in area but when your dog is in my care they will be supervised at all times. Your dog can be on a leash if preferred.

About: Both dogs and cats have been in my life from a young age. Have previously walked and dog sat in Boston MA. Also had my own dog for 17 years until his recent passing. I am familiar with everything from energetic border collies to older dogs with medications and conditions. More than willing to hang with all dog types and breeds. I currently work making beer at the von Trapp brewery in Stowe, and live in Johnson. I can walk and visit during the late evening on weeknights, and can stop by any time on weekends with proper notice. In order for dogs - get home, bathroom time, play time, food time. Treats and love mandatory. For cats - definitely food first, check litter box, sit down and await their decision whether or not to sit on you.

About: I’ve had 2 dogs in my lifetime, starting from a few weeks old and caring for them through their lives. Besides personal experience, I am my friends and families go to person when it comes to pet-sitting. Walking, feeding, bathing… you name it! My patience and love for dogs will ensure your bff has a happy and safe time away from home. I currently am working from home. This means I can easily take pee breaks as often as needed. Additionally, I will be able to take longer breaks for a mid day stretch. After work, my schedule is free to play and entertain with the pups. I have a nice backyard with easily usable for pee breaks. The neighborhood I live in is small and quiet. I live alone in an house and don’t currently have any other pets.

About: From a young age, I've always loved being around pets, so caring for others' pets comes naturally to me. I adore animals, but unfortunately, I'm not able to have any of my own where I currently live. Pets are naturally drawn to me and feel safe in my care, and their owners are consistently pleased when they return home after I've looked after their beloved companions. I make sure to leave every home as clean and tidy as it was when I arrived, often going the extra mile to wash any bed linens and towels I've used. My clients greatly appreciate not having to worry about these details when they return from their travels. I'm also very discreet, respecting the privacy of the people, pets, and homes I care for, and I never share any private information about my clients. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, allowing me to spend most of the day taking care of your furry friends in your home.
