About: Calm, experienced, loving, empathic and conscientious - I am your dog’s next best friend 🩷 I’ve trained Australian Shepherd’s since I was 13, reaching amateur level junior competitions throughout high school. Today I have two rescue dogs of my own - a border collie mix and a beagle /chihuahua/pit mix (lots of energy). Because of my two dogs, I hike everyday. I love spending time outside in nature with animals, and will be sure to keep your pup happy and healthy! I am an organic vegetable farmer during the growing season (April-November) and work seasonal odd jobs and non profit work when I am in the off season. I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and love to walk/hike/swim/adventure at all times of day and during any weather. In my house, pets rule. We have done agility, obedience and scent training with both dogs so I have a lot of tools in my toolbox to keep a dog busy and occupied.

About: I’m a pre-veterinary college student with a love for all animals, but especially dogs! I’ve been dog sitting + walking for family and friends since I was 14, and have two dogs and a cat of my own. I really enjoy pet care, so I’m trying to gather a few more clients! I have 3 repeat clients that I’ve met through rover, and I’ve enjoyed having their pups as a constant in my life! It’s so special to be the part of the week that a dog looks forward to!! She is very patient on walks with him when he loves to let his nose take over and sniff the entire neighborhood. She gives him all of his meds with meals. She does a great job leaving the house tidy, probably cleaner than I left it! Under Cheri's care, Diego doesn't get anxious when I have to leave him and that eases my mind greatly to know he's happy and his needs are met.”

About: I grew up with always having dogs around and have had a lifelong passion and love for all animals. I’ve been dog sitting for over 10 years now and can provide the best love and care for your animals. I have helped out at a dog training center. I enjoy hiking several times a week and would love to have an animal to accompany me. It has always calmed me down to be around animals because they bring such happiness and great company rather than being alone. About: I have owned dogs, cats and more my entire life. My professional experience is extensive. Most recently employed at a local 24-hour emergency animal hospital. I have bred and nurtured three litters (dogs and cats!), pet sat (including overnights) worked for a therapy animal rehabilitation group, a groomer/freelanced, walked dogs, volunteered at rescues and 2 farms. I also have experience with senior pets, aggressive breeds, special needs, and medical problems. I am just as trained for safety as I am for fun! I even walk my own cat on a leash! My schedule is flexible. I am capable of running with your dog and engaging in active play. My goal will be to entertain your pet as much as he/she wants, so that you never feel like it is missing out while you are away. I love to provide picture updates so you see your special friend. I happily have several pets in life; Ponyo, Buddy, Blue, and Boba, as well at two dogs named Arie and Rascal. Any day I interact with an animal is a great day. About: Over 20 years experience. From House sitting pet families, daily walks to at home care, I have done it all. Dogs warm up to me immediately. I can teach them a few tricks and to enjoy a car ride. For in home care, we offer long walks and fair playtime and a large property which in unfenced, but manageable I encourage positive reinforcement. I have experience in wellness care, surgical and emergency hospitals which makes me very well equipped to manage injury or illness.
