“Max is awesome. Kept me informed daily of Etta’s day. He clearly loves dogs!! He is gentle and kind to my baby. She liked him right away. He even wrote a poem about her!! Just loved everything about this experience 💕”

“Absolutely some of the best caretaking Charlie has had! Lori was great with Charlie. We met beforehand with her sweet pup to make sure the dogs would get along, and I really appreciated her thoroughness and quick communication. During his stay, Charlie got to run around and play with other dogs at her home and her family’s farm, but also had time to rest and relax. He was such a happy boy when we picked him up and slept the whole way home! 10/10 would recommend Lori!!”

“Eliane was so great! Bumi seemed like he had lots of fun and was well cared for. She was great at communicating and letting me know details of Bumi's stay when I picked him up. Would definitely have her watch him again!”

“Christina was incredibly accommodating, and took excellent care of Lillian, who was a little stressed over being someplace new for the first time. Wish I lived in the area so I could book her again; Christina was excellent and communicates well (and sent photos during the stay, which was a bonus!)”

About: Hi! I cannot wait to get to know your pet! Learning their routines, behaviors, and boundaries helps me ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. Making sure you return to exercised, well behaved, and happy pets is the always the priority. During inclement weather, I provide safe outdoor potty breaks, with indoor play like puzzles and scavenger hunts. Ensuring they're still getting to work out their energy and your money is well spent. I'm happy to help figure out which service is best for you and your pet. Please reach out with any questions. And I'm happy to set up a meet and greet so that I'm available to help out at a moments notice. I make my living providing pet care and housekeeping. Remember sleep away camp when you were a kid? Or that one really cool babysitter? That's what your pet's time with me will be like. Your vacation is also their vacation. Whether at your home or my own, walks, or drop-in visits, I provide regular updates and so many cute photos to help assure that they're in good hands. My home has a large, fenced in backyard for all the desired romps and squirrel chasing. I live in a beautiful, easily walkable neighborhood; which is great for multiple daily adventures, stopping to smell all the smells and learn safe social skills. Whether at my home or your own, I'd like to know what your pet's current routines are, and any anxieties you or they might have. I appreciate the trust and responsibility I've been given while taking care of your loved ones and home.
“Ami was so kind and trustworthy, she took amazing care of my dog and I would highly recommend her to anyone anytime. She sent plenty of pics and videos - your dog couldn’t be in safer hands.”

“Kimba had a great time with Kaitlyn. She took great care of Kimba and sent pictures throughout the day. Kaitlyn is very responsive and makes me feel at ease. Kimba has a lot of separation anxiety and it was clear from the photos and when we picked her up that she’d had a great day. I know Kimba was in good hands with Kaitlyn. I’d use her again next time we are in town.”

About: Hi! I'm a professional soccer player with a lifelong love for animals. I have a 3-year-old French Bulldog who has taught me just how important patience, routine, and lots of love are when caring for pets. Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just wants someone to keep them company, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I know how much our pets mean to us, and I'll treat yours like they're part of my own family! I typically only work from 8am-12pm and I normally have multiple off-days per week. It's easy for me to be flexible in terms of care! I live in Nulu and have a great, safe walking route for Celo and I. Furthermore, I live close to a fenced-in park that allows off leash doggies to run around!

“Jeremy was amazing! We were traveling through Louisville for the first time and he was able to watch our dogs while we attended the event. Super good with the dogs, gave them plenty of attention and exercise, and even gave us parking and food tips for the night. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“I cant say enough good about Catherine. She is extremely professional and she has a true passion and love for dogs. And it shows. I had a vet appointment set for Willow that I needed to reschedule and Catherine offered to take her! That to me is just awesome. Catherine really is great at what she does and I would not hesitate to use her again.”

About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life! I have 2 cats of my own—both rescues! I love them with everything in me! I worked in animal hospitals as a vet tech for over 4 years as well as volunteering at Second Chances Wildlife Center. I’m very skilled at injections, administering medication, nail trims, giving fluids, whatever you need. I have exotic experience as well. I’ve worked with Avians, reptiles, rodents, all the above 💖 I currently work from home as a content creator designing clothes and editing videos for social media so I can work anywhere. I stay home with my pets all day everyday unless I’m at my part time gardening job :) Animals are always 100% my top priority. I strive to make sure they are always happy and healthy! I don’t want to disrupt their routine in any way. I want the pets I watch to be comfortable and stress free!
“We are from out of town, in Indiana for a short time. We received a last minute invite to go to Churchill downs - Elizabeth accepted our request to puppy sit... and our pupp had the best day! We received pictures and videos of her playing and living her best life. We felt totally at ease and relaxed knowing our little Willi was in great hands.”

About: I've, truly, never met a dog that didn't love me, and vice versa. My first dog, Patty, was a stray my big brother brought home, and he, my sister, and I, hid her upstairs, afraid our parents wouldn't let us keep her. She was quickly discovered as she escaped and ran wildly through the house with the three of us chasing her. She was our puppy, and that was the beginning of my love affair with animals. A known pet whisperer and rescuer, strangers would knock on our door when I was growing up, ask if I was home, then hand me a kitty or puppy in need, saying that they had heard I would take care of it. And I always did. I was blessed with compassionate, pet loving parents who knew the value that animals can add to a family, in helping children learn responsibility, patience and empathy, and to know what it feels like to have unconditional love. I carried that tradition on when rearing my own children on five, wooded acres in Oldham County. At one glorious point in time, we had rescued 5 dogs, 5 cats and added 2 baby pygmy goats to our menagerie. We even added a 6th dog, when actress Jennifer Lawrence's mom, Karen, needed to rehome her son's large Dalmation Boxer mix, when he moved to Chicago. Karen said she had pondered over the best home for the pooch, and thought, "If I was a dog, who would I want to live with? Greylyn! She's the best pet mama in the world!" It won me over immediately. All of our extended fur family were always happy, healthy and loved completely. The vet would come to our home, lining up 10 or more sets of shots on the kitchen table when it was vaccination time. We, also, initiated a rotating reward system that we refered to as"Dog of the Day", so that each pup could get extra special treatment on at least one day of the week. Although they all may have some similar characteristics, every dog has its own unique personality. I've dealt with every imaginable idiosyncrasie, and I celebrate the differences. I'm firm enough to help train them, fun enough to play and romp, and free enough to cuddle with them on furniture. HOME ALL DAY! I create from home, so I'm available to accommodate any special needs your pup may have. 'Going to Greylyn's', will be like going to visit 'Nana: the Dog', from 'Peter Pan'--a lot of fun and love and magic and attention. Except, I'm not a dog. And I promise not to let them fly off to Neverland... at least not on the first visit. SCENE: YOU and YOUR DOG at home. YOU: (on your device, searching, discovering, and, reading aloud: YOU: "COZY APARTMENT INSIDE A SERENE, ENCLOSED, COURTYARD/BEAUTIFUL PARK OUT THE FRONT DOOR/OTHER FUZZY FRIENDS TO PLAY WITH/BE SURE TO LET US KNOW IF YOUR DOG HAS A BIRTHDAY! YOUR DOG: (panting, lots of tail wagging in excitement) "Ruff Woof! Ruff Woof!!! WOW!! Take me THERE, (YOUR name)!!!! Pa-leeeese!! Please please pleasepkeeezzzeee! Take me there, (YOUR name)!!! THAT'S where I want to go!!! I want to go to Auntie Greylyn's!!" (more panting & drooling. more excitement) (DISCLAIMER: No Dog Actors were used in this dialogue. Real Dogs were compensated with milk bones in exchange for their testimony)Your dog can feel free to make themselves at home inside, and, safely go through the private court yard for active walks in the park, when needed. If your pet is crate trained, and, prefers that, please bring one along. We will always be on leash outside for our walks. Your furry friend can look forward to being "Dog of the Day" every time they come to play or have a sleep over.
“Breanna is great! We left our pup for daycare, she played, relaxed, and went on a walk. Breanna was very responsive and provided great updates. We would absolutely leave our pup with her again.”

“Jon was terrific at taking care of my baby he gave me regular updates and comforted during his anxiety during a storm I would definitely use him again when I need to.”

About: I have had a dog since I can remember. My first one was Bonnie and she was a 100lb Rottweiler. Since I was the youngest, it was my responsibility to make sure family pets were taken care of. I love all animals. I have a dog and two cats. Plus a wonderful dwarf bunny. I have a little experience with a variety of different animals. From the grumpy to the overly excited. Let me help you with your baby ❤ I'm currently in between full time jobs. I am blessed with 3 beautiful children, so I'm looking to make my own schedule. This is something that relaxes me. I treat your fur babies just like I do my own. My home has a lot of space for them. I can also come to you. Which ever you prefer.
About: I’ve always been the one friends and family when they need someone to love and care for their pets—and I wouldn’t have it any other way! Spending time with animals is something that genuinely makes me happy. I currently don’t have a dog of my own, which means I have plenty of extra love, attention, and energy to give to yours. Lots of Free Time, with a Flexible Schedule I work part-time, which gives me the best of both worlds—structure and plenty of free time. My flexible schedule allows me to be available for your pup throughout the day, during evenings, and even at those odd or last-minute hours. Whether you need regular walks, drop-ins, or overnight care, I have the time and commitment to make sure your dog feels cared for and never rushed. My Care Style Your dog’s comfort and happiness always come first. When they’re with me, they’re treated like part of the family—lots of cuddles, playtime, and attention included. I’m happy to follow your routines and preferences so your pup feels right at home, no matter where they are. Special Requests Every dog has their own quirks, routines, and favorite things. Please share any special requests or details about your dog ahead of time—I love learning what makes each pet unique and will do my best to keep their days feeling familiar and full of love. I’m currently working part time with a very flexible schedule so I will have plenty of time to care for your pup even at the odd hours. With my flexible schedule you can rely on me to be there even in the tight times. Your fur baby will get plenty of love in my home between me and my friendly cat, Ambrose. I will usually let them roam free around the apartment and on my furniture unless otherwise noted. Basically, you tell me what it is you need from me at my home or yours and I will make it happen.
