Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine—it’s like a built-in rhythm. Mornings usually start with feeding them and a quick check-in to see how they’re doing. If I’ve got a dog, a walk’s non-negotiable; it’s good for both of us. Throughout the day, it’s little things—refilling water, a bit of playtime, or just keeping an eye out for anything off. Weekly, I carve out time for grooming, like brushing or a bath if they need it, and I’ll check supplies—food, treats, meds—to make sure I’m not running low. It’s less about ‘fitting it in’ and more about it being a priority that keeps me grounded. For clients’ dogs, I stick to their playbook. They say ‘feed at 8, one scoop,’ I’m on it. Walks are by their clock—long ones, short loops, whatever the dog needs. I’ll toss a ball or just hang out if that’s their vibe. I watch for quirks—doesn’t eat without a pat, hates rain, that stuff—and adjust. Messes don’t linger I swipe paws if it’s wet out. They get a dog that’s fed, exercised, and happy, and a house still intact.

“Our previous sitter told me they are moving, which prompted me to search for a new sitter. I decided to try Rebecca, and am I glad I did! I was happy with our first sitter, but LuLu spent her time there just sniffing their yard and snuggling up on the couch with the sitter. She barely ate and wouldn't play with their dog. It was such a delight to see how happy LuLu was at Rebecca's place. She ran around the yard like I haven't seen her do since she was a puppy. When Rebecca thought LuLu needed a rest and brought her inside, LuLu whined to go back out, so out she went for more running around! Finally, she took a nap on the couch, then got up and ate all of her dinner. Then she settled down chewing on her toy until we came back for her. She was happy to see us, but gave Rebecca a tail wag when they said goodbye. I'm so glad LuLu found a place where she can thrive when we're gone. Now I won't hesitate to book a vacation! Rebecca was very attentive to the history I gave her about LuLu and my instructions about her routine and fears. We did a Meet & Greet on short notice, and Rebecca showed LuLu and me her back yard and inside her house. She assured me that she would never give LuLu an opportunity to run away. The way Rebecca gave me updates all day long assured me that LuLu was being well cared for and was having a great time. Rebecca is definitely Lulu's new sitter. I couldn't be happier with her care.”

I have 2 small dogs who will keep your dog company I will be at home 24/7…. I am also home on the weekends. So your baby will never be left alone and unattended! Your pet will be the priority! I live on a Walking Trail , so I can take your dogs for walks daily. I can administer meds if needed. I can ensure you that your dog will be # 1 priority, because honestly I treat our dogs like Kings !

About: I have 2 dogs and 1 cat at our beautiful home in VA. They have all of my attention as a child would. I treat other people’s fur babies like they are my own. I believe I can do great in an environment surrounded by what I love most, which is why I chose to care for animals full time. I have an open schedule that will most likely meet your needs so I can give your fur baby my full and uninterrupted attention. I love soaking up the sun so we will get plenty of outside time instead of sitting inside all day. I have a big fenced in yard and 2 of my own doggos to help keep yours (if boarding in my home) happy and full of energy. If I am checking on your fur baby in your home, I’ll do what I can to make sure they’re happy when I visit and well taken care of while you are gone.

About: I am an animal lover that will care for your pets like they were my own fur babies.Lots of experience with all size dogs ,cats and even rabbits I can care for your pets, day or night. I am available for boarding on most weekends .Wake up with a nice walk and then eat breakfast followed by playtime. I do tey any walk every 3 to 4 hours or as needed My yard is not fenced in but I have 3 acers of land .Plenty of room for walking and no traffic around. I don't mind doing baths

About: I have been pet sitting for over five years on a regular basis. I have been around cats and dogs my whole life. I have worked in a dog kennel/doggy day care in the past. I am confident and experienced with giving diabetic injections or medications. I am confident with dogs,cats,rabbits,lizards,snakes, hamsters, mice,and fish. I love animals and make sure to spend extra time with them. I am currently a homemaker and have a very flexible schedule. I can do small walks or check on pets a few times a day as needed. I make sure the pets get plenty of bathroom breaks and attention. I try to get them to play or take them on walks to get energy out. I can even water plants and pickup the mail.

About: I have adored all animals ever since I can remember. Being born and raised on a farm I have taken care of many types of animals. I have two loving dogs, a golden-doodle named Sadie and a miniature maltipoo named Lilly along with a loving cat named Macie. I am familiar with taking care of dogs with special needs, special diets and those who need physical therapy. I also have experience with dogs who are partially paralyzed. One of my favorite activities includes taking my dogs on walks through local parks and towns. My experience with your pet is handled as if it was my own. I am available for morning, lunch time, and evening potty breaks during the week. On the weekends my schedule is flexible so more of my time will be spent directly with your pet! About: I have been raising and caring for a variety of animals for over 25 years! Having experience with all kinds of animals, I know the importance of meeting the needs of each animal and giving it the love and care it deserves and desires. I have several families that reach out to me when they are planning a trip so that I can care for their pets while they are away. I understand the importance of maintaining the pet owners routine, commands, and affection with their pets to help reduce anxiety and stress while they are away. My goal is to love their pets as if they are my own. I have cared for our own dogs as seniors and have experience with failing body functions and know how to administer medications and assist the animal with getting up and moving around. I also have much experience with puppies since I breed Australian Shepherds and care for the puppies from the time they are born until they are at an appropriate age and health standard to go to their new families. I am so excited to meet many other pet families in our area and live on your pet so you can feel comfortable and at peace any time you need to travel and your pet has to stay behind. It’s hard enough to say good-bye, so having peace of mind on how they will be cared for while you are away can make a good trip a GREAT one!! I am available most days of the week for 24/7 care since we are a homeschooling family and I am a stay at home mom. Pets are allowed in our home as long as they get along well with other pets and children. I do have an unground fence and collars that I can use to teach your pet to stay in our yard. I also have two nice size kennels that give dogs plenty of room to wander inside and outside the kennel walls.

About: I've taken care of cats all my life and dogs from time to time. From back when I was a teen at home with our family cat to my own Tuxedo Kiwi I've been caring for cats all my life. I have a deep understanding of cat body language, respecting their boundaries, and providing the attention and care they need. I work from home as a software developer and am looking for something to break up my day between calls and project tasks. Being a remote worker means I don't get much excitement day to day. I live in my own home with plenty of space for walks, trails nearby for exploring, and an open and clean home for time away from the sun.
