About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

About: I've had many dogs my whole life. I love playing with them and watching their personalities come out. I've also taken care of my neighbor's dog when she was on vacation. I am working in a reptile building at a zoo, and I also attend college for animal studies, where I work with many different animals. When I'm at the client's house, I will have the dogs on a leash when going outside unless they have a fenced-in yard and they say I can have them off of it. I can also crate the dogs if need be.

I’m comfortable giving shy pets the time they need to warm up. I don’t have much experience with special needs care, but I’m happy to handle meds or anxiety with a steady, reassuring approach. If a dog barks, I’ll soothe them with a calm voice; if they pull on the leash, I’ll pause until they settle; if a pet’s shy, I’ll let them come to me. My schedule is flexible and I can work around your dates, including weekends and holidays. People often tell me they appreciate my calm, thoughtful approach — it helps my pets feel safe and at ease. About: Hi, my name is Brenda! I have had pets my entire life, and I currently own a Shichon, Golden Doodle and a Shitzu. I have started caring for others in addition to my own! I would love to care for your furry friend! I am very responsible and reliable pet sitter, and will take great care of your pet! I am currently working full-time. After June 5th I will be available during the summer for days and weekends until I go back to work at the school. At that time I will be available evenings and weekends. I will do drop in visit and dog walking as well as taking time to play with your pets. I will always communicate with the owner, whether that be sending them photos of their pets, or just by simply updating them on how things are going via text, or phone call!

About: While growing up, my parents fostered many greyhounds. I assisted with training, walks, and over all care! I love pups of all shapes and ages! I have an Australian Shepard named Levee. I care for all his needs daily. We get exercise by going on 2-4 hiking trails a week. I would prefer coming to you. I want your pups comfortable and in THIER space. Whatever you need! Walks, playing, or just keeping them company!
