About: I currently have a bloodhound and 4 cats, as well as a foster dog. My had my last dog for 15 years, so I am very experienced in senior dog care. Old doggos have a special place in my heart. I am self employed so I have a fairly flexible schedule so I can usually work around anything that might be needed or come up. I have a fenced in yard as well as a doggie door so dogs have constant access to the back yard. I also walk dogs 1-2 times a day.

About: I’ve been caring for animals of all kinds for over a decade. I have cared for cats, dogs, guinea pigs, bearded dragons, parrots, bunnies, and fish. I love animals and have a very open schedule, so I am looking to spend my time doing something i love- caring for animals! I have cared for animals of all personalities and types, and have experience handling medications and fixing invisible fences as well! Im currently a fresh grad and job searching so I can very flexible. I want to keep working while i search for my next move in life! I live in an apartment downtown, so I do not have a yard. That being said, it is better for me to house-sit than board, but I am open to boarding as i live near several parks like Marion square!
About: I have owned pets my entire life. They are like kids to me. They are treated with respect and care equivalently so. I like pets more than humans. 😆 I own my own business and I work from home. I set my own schedule. I am very flexible. This allows me to give your pet lots of attention. I have a fenced in yard. “Amazing experience!! Needed last minute doggie daycare while I was away at a baby shower for 4-5 hours which was longer than I wanted to leave my 8 week old Winston in a kennel. Rachel was available and able to help. So blessed and thankful to be able to do what I needed to do without worrying about him. She kindly welcomed us to an impromptu meet and greet which was very helpful for our two shih tzus, 0ne is over 15 yo, nearly deaf with vision loss, and his buddy was recently rescued from a breeding mill so he's learning about love, leash, harness, steps, toys, beds, security: everything in dog life. Josie and her service dog Saint share a wonderful energy which we appreciate. Our two pups do best in calm and they responded well to them. During their stay Josie provided exceptional communication with photos and updates which we appreciated even when we were unable to respond. Her love, patience and dedication to dogs are evident. I definitely recommend Josie and Saint and will request them again. Next time I think our little dogs would be more comfortable without a second large dog staying too. I have confidence in Josie managing several at a time, however ours can become unsettled by larger groups of dogs or people. Over time they may be able to feel more secure in them. Now, they are less sure. Josie handled any of their insecurities or fears well. She is very accommodating for their needs all around, including special allergy diets too. We are pleased to have met Josie and look forward to seeing Saint and her again. They are a pleasure.”
