About: I have fostered dogs my whole life, and rehabilitated many untrained fosters. I basic obedience train all my personal dogs and foster dogs. I have also volunteered at the local animal shelter for the past 3 years. My husband and I work opposite schedules so someone is home majority of the day. About: I’ve been a dog owner and foster parent my whole life. I’ve trained and owned all kinds of dogs from Jack Russels and Pomeranians to Great Danes and Golden Doodles. The relationships I build with dogs are enriching and rewarding. The innocence and desire to just be themselves is what I love about animals. I treat my new dog friends like family and I believe they prosper in a relationship that promotes their inner dog as well as setting boundaries that help the human/canine relationship prosper. I embrace the belief of calm assertive dominance and find it that dogs seem to find peace in me being in that role. I am a stay at home parent whose availability is an asset that I utilize for the sake of the animals I care for. I hope to one day befriend your best friend. I’m a stay at home father of 10 and 12 yr old boys. I raise 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 24 chickens. I have lots of flexibility to ensure the care needed for you pet. I love to spend time with animals in the environment they feel most comfortable. With my flexible schedule and the abundance of land on my property and in my locale, I know I can fit the needs of your furry friend.

About: What sets me apart is the calm, family-oriented environment I provide and my flexible schedule. I’m home often, so pets get lots of attention and aren’t left alone for long. I’m patient, gentle, and good at reading animal behavior—especially with shy or high-energy dogs. I’ve cared for puppies and dogs with strong personalities, so I know how to stay calm and consistent. Plus, my kids love animals and are always respectful and supervised around them, which creates a loving and interactive space for your pet. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. Since I work part-time and have a flexible schedule, I’m home often and able to give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m used to planning my day around the needs of the pets I care for—whether that means regular walks, feeding schedules, playtime, or just making sure they’re comfortable and not alone for too long. My kids are also a big help with giving lots of love and gentle affection. Our home is a calm, safe space, and I’m happy to adjust our routine to meet the needs of your pet. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. In my home, they get plenty of attention, playtime, and a kid-friendly environment. I follow their routine closely—meals, walks, and any special needs.

Samantha & James R.
“I have known Samantha and her husband, James, for quite some time now. We volunteer together at our local animal shelter. I've seen her love on the broken dogs, take them on as fosters, and literally love them back to health. She gives each of the dogs in her care "training time" which makes for great enrichment. She is also skilled in what is called "crate and rotate" for situations when your pet may not necessarily get along with everyone else, they would get their own potty time outside in the yard. I would trust her with my pets, time and time again.”

Dawn C.
“Dawn has been a pet owner for all the many, many years that I have known her, and she has always given her fur babies the best possible loving care. I would consider her an expert with different breeds, as she has had a number of different breeds over the years, as well as different types of pets, and has somehow managed to create a harmonious environment with no clashes. Her pets only crossed the “Rainbow Bridge” after she had given them a long and happy life, and never once allowed any harm or neglect to come to any of them. I just became a pet owner, and if I needed a caregiver for my fur babies, I know she would provide a safe and happier environment than anyone else.”

“I've known Benjamin for 10 years and can say without a doubt that he is a more than capable dog sitter. He has taken care of my old and needy 10 year old dog on a number of occasions. He is also a good dog owner currently with his pup Bayla. He is responsible and responsive and anyone utilizing him as a dog sitter would be lucky to have him.”
