About: Hi there! I’m currently a veterinary assistant with three years of hands-on experience, and caring for animals truly brings me joy. My goal is to make sure your pets feel safe, loved, and have lots of fun while in my care—whether that means going for a hike, playing fetch, or simply relaxing on the couch (if that’s okay with you!). I’m very comfortable administering medications and supporting any extra medical needs your pet may have, thanks to my background in veterinary care. In our home, we have one friendly pup who loves meeting new furry friends. I’m also a nursing student, but my classes are only a few hours a day, so I’m home most of the time and available to give your pets plenty of attention and affection. I’m happy to keep you updated with as many photos and messages as you’d like—it’s important to me that you feel completely at ease while your pets are with me. Let’s work together to create a warm, safe space where your pets can feel right at home! I have class a few times a week, but very much spend a majority of my time at home, there are quite a few weeks I’m also available! When they are at my home whether for daycare or boarding I take my dog on a 1.5-3 mile walk through our quiet town of Courtland. If weather permits I like to go to Flandrau or Fort Ridgley state park if your dog would enjoy that! I also have a backyard that I would be happy to play fetch in with your pets as well!

About: Allow me to put your mind at ease while on vacation, at work, or if you just need a night away! Your dog will enjoy swimming in our pond, playing fetch, and exploring life in the country as well as playtime with Parker (golden retriever) and Lenny (our new Brittany Spaniel puppy). I work remotely with a flexible schedule. I work fully remote as a therapist and can offer frequent potty breaks, playtime, and attention. Your dog will also enjoy the company of our other dogs, Parker (5 y/o Golden) and Lenny (Brittany Spaniel puppy-fully vaccinated). We have a large, one-story home with plenty of space to roam. We also have a heated attached garage where the dogs can also play during the day as well as ample private (but open) yard space.

“Amazing service!!! I was concerned about my dog being uncomfortable in an unknown place for the first time. Within 30 minutes I had a video showing Duke having a blast. Throughout the evening I received several pics nicer than I’ve ever taken of him. I totally recommend!”

About: I have had a dog as a family pet my whole life and I currently have a golden doodle! I look forward to spending time with your dog and treating it like family! I have a full-time job but I will make time for your animal when you need it! I can take them for walks and let them out as needed. I can easily crate your dog when needed and I will use a leash every time we are out to make sure that they do not run away.

“Cody and her family are such sweet people who genuinely care about your pet. Our Golden Retriever was so excited to meet them and their Golden, Minnie, at drop off. He looked just as thrilled to be in their care in the photos/videos Cody sent me all weekend and when we arrived to pick him up. About: I have spent the past three summers doing overnight dog sitting in my hometown just about every weekend. I have been recommended and continue to get new jobs. I am a part time student at the University of Minnesota so I have plenty of free time. I also serve in the army national Gaurd. I have now been dog walking and dog sitting for over 3 years in Mankato and would love for more opportunities. I am a part time student at Minnesota State Mankato and only have classes in the morning so I have plenty of free time in the afternoon and overnight. In the summer I am home in Brownsville Minnesota and looking for more opportunities near me Over the past three summers of my dog sitting career I have had 5 clients that have me stay at their house over the weekends while they are gone. I love running and exercising so the animals are sure to stay active. I have not run into any problems in the three years I have pet sit before.

About: I've had dogs and cats all of my life, sometimes three at a time! I've pet sat for friends and family, and I worked at a humane society. My husband and I currently foster one dog at a time from a local animal rescue. I work from home all day except for Mondays. Lots of time to play with your pup and walk them. My home is quiet and child-free. I have a big shepherd mix who absolutely loves other dogs and would enjoy keeping your pup company. I can easily crate and/or separate a dog if that makes them feel safer in a new space. My husband and I are usually home on the weekends, too, so your pup will never be lonely and will get plenty of love and exercise.

About: When I come to your place, your rules apply! I can maintain schedules and normal activity for dogs, cats, horses and other livestock - you name it. I've done house and farm sitting since I was in college, and can provide references! Drop in visits and dog walking, depending on location, can be before I go to work, on my lunch break and after work in the evening. I grew up on a farm, and have been around animals my entire life. I understand animal behaviors (including those pesky "testing" tricks) and do my best to have a positive interaction with every animal I meet.
