“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Amber was very enthusiastic and accommodating even before we dropped off our little girl. This was our first experience with Rover and she and her family made it a great one! She showed us around her home, where our pup would be playing outside, and made us feel right at ease!
