“This was our first time using Rover. We selected Ellen because she had many positive reviews as well as multiple returning clients. We made the right choice selecting Ellen to watch our fur babies. She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. I cannot say how thankful I am that Emily was able to watch and care for our dog on such a short notice and during the Thanksgiving week. “I was out of town for a week, and Alex made me feel so comfortable leaving Zeek with her. I received so many pictures and updates throughout his stay with her that I never worried how Zeek was doing. Zeek has had problems with allergies recently and Alex even updated me on his allergy symptoms throughout the stay. Definitely recommend.”

“I rarely need to obtain a sitter for Winston however I cannot begin to tell you the Love, kindness, and sense that he is well taken care of while he is with Brandon and Amanda. They are very good at making Winston and I feel at ease especially when we initially separate. They have a huge backyard that is fenced for a lot of playtimes especially with his magic ball. I would highly recommend them to everyone!”
