“Vito can be anxious in new situations, but he liked Sally and her backyard as soon as we met her! Sally is very kind, understanding, and thoughtful. She sent many beautiful pictures of Vito, which we enjoyed. While we were away, it seemed like when I thought, "I wonder how Vito is doing..." I would have a message, pictures, or a video from Sally. “Erika was great. Very quick at texting back. I never got a bad vibe from her during the whole process. Balou had a bit of a soft stool problem when I dropped him off and we worked together to get him back to normal, she carried him down the stairs when he wouldn't go himself (arthritis). I even had a flight delay and she was willing to keep him for extra time and go get him more food if needed. Definitely recommend!!! I will be using her for future trips.”
