About: Hi! I’m Ana, I’m a wildlife rehabilitation intern and animal care professional with extensive veterinary technician knowledge and hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals. Animal care is truly my passion, and I’m currently gaining even more hands-on experience working with wildlife and exotic animals. My veterinary knowledge allows me to be especially attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being, and I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions and special needs. I’m experienced with dogs, cats, and other animals, and I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, playtime, feeding, medication, or simply some extra love and companionship while you’re away, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I’m responsible, patient, observant, and genuinely love getting to know each animal I care for. My goal is not only to keep your pets safe and happy, but to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring hands. I’d love the opportunity to meet you and your pets! I am a wildlife rehabiliation intern and work Mondays to Fridays from 9-2. I am very flexible and willing to work with what fits you and your furry friends needs best! I have a fenced in yard and a two bedroom home with plenty of room for them to roam around and play! As well as walking paths behind my home and dog parks that allow for some much needed exercise!
About: I’m happy to serve Carteret County. I’ve grown up around all sorts of animals - dogs, cats, horses, chickens, etc. I’ve always loved animals. I also have experience with animals with special needs. I am interested in walking dogs and checking in on pets. I work full time, but am available on my days off and in mornings or afternoons after my regular job. I am available most weekends. For now, I plan to do drop ins and walk dogs. Safety is top priority. I believe in meet and greets before working with animals to make sure the animal and owner is comfortable. I work full time and available most evenings and on my days off.
