About: I have had many pets including large dogs, cats, fish, and some exotics. I have experience caring for seniors, pets with special needs, and young pets, too. My job at the college is fairly flexible so I can stop over during the day for potty breaks or meals. While I can’t spend the night due to my own pets, I can do evening and morning checks. I work in education, have been a (human) foster parent, and serve on city council; all that to say I am professional and trustworthy which I know is important for pet sitting! My work is fairly flexible so I can stop over throughout the day for regular checks. I have three dogs and a cat of my own with two dogs having medication daily. My super senior, large dog is also mobility impaired and needs assistance walking which I am comfortable and able to do. I adore pets and am very comfortable around them. While I can’t take pets into my home for boarding due to my dogs being selective on their friends, I am comfortable with any set up someone may have whether that’s fetch in the back yard, a walk outside, or just snuggle time on the couch. I can cater to any needs or quirks your pets may have!
About: I was raised with four legged friends and currently have one at home. I love spending time playing with and going on long walks to get fresh air. During the school year, I’m home a lot outside of work and have a steady routine that makes it easy to fit in walks, playtime, cuddles, potty breaks, and all the important pet stuff. Summers are wide open, which means I have tons of flexibility for drop-ins, walks, boarding, or just keeping your pet company while you’re away. Honestly, spending time with animals is one of my favorite parts of the day. I know pets are family, so I treat them that way. I try to make every pet feel comfortable, safe, and loved-whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home. I pay attention to their routines, energy levels, quirks, and any special instructions so they can relax and feel at home. I’m big on communication, clean spaces, secure leashes/doors, fresh water, and making sure pets get plenty of attention and affection. Whether your dog wants nonstop playtime or your cat just wants a quiet buddy nearby, I’m happy to match their vibe.
About: I have had animals all my life. I have worked at a veterinary clinic as a kennel tech and can give insulin shots to diabetic animals. I am always available and I am very flexible. I am willing to stay overnight to take care of your pet when needed and am available all week. I can take care of any type of pet as I grew up on a ranch raising farm animals including cats and dogs. Feeding, walking, staying overnight, etc. are all things I can provide.
About: Hey! I have a strong passion for animals, which has led me to gain a wealth of experience in pet care. This includes not only looking after my own pets but also taking care of those belonging to family and friends. My hands-on training with my dogs has equipped me with the skills to handle a variety of breeds, from small to large, and different age groups, including puppies and seniors. My approach to pet care focuses on building trust and understanding each animal's unique personality and needs. I enjoy engaging in activities that promote their well-being, such as exercise, training, and socialization. My reliability and commitment to providing high-quality care have earned me positive recommendations from those I've worked with. If you have specific aspects of my experience or services you're curious about, feel free to ask! I am a stay-at-home mom and can adjust my work schedule as needed! I'm always open to making arrangements, provided we discuss them in advance. As a stay-at-home mom, I find great joy in caring for my pets alongside my family responsibilities. Managing the needs of three pets requires organization and dedication, but I love ensuring they are well-fed, groomed, and taken out regularly for potty breaks. Walking my dog is not only a crucial part of their daily routine but also a wonderful way for me to stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, I often help out my neighbors by walking their dogs as well. This not only strengthens my bond with my own pet but also allows me to contribute to the community and support fellow pet owners. I take pride in creating a nurturing environment for my pets, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, exercise, and love. If you have any specific questions or areas you'd like to know more about, feel free to ask!

I only have class Monday and Wednesday mornings, and I am done at 9:45am. I love to cuddle and play with animals. About: I have been around dogs and cats my whole life. I do side jobs babysitting animals. I have babysat cats, bunnies and dogs. I have fish of my own as well. I have volunteered at a humane society as well. I was able to bring a very skittish kitten and help it be more social. Animals seem to just love me. I am a college student so most of the time it would be after my classes. I can do any day and weekend depending on times. The housing will be left the way you left it. I will clean any spills or anything like that that might happen. I will not go through things. It is not my personal business.

About: I’ve always owned dogs or cats. We currently have 2 GSP and a Lab mix. I’m use to high energy and love to exercise myself! I’m currently looking to grow my business in dog/cat sitting. I am also hoping to start dog grooming, my plan is to build a business that will allow convenience for me and the dog/cat owners I will work for. We allow our dogs to free range they have been trained to stay in the yard. However with your pup I’ll be outside with them, take them to a dog park and generally keep the busy when outdoor. Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
