“This was our first time using Rover.com. Susie was always very quick to respond to questions and arranged a meet and greet at her home a few days before our trip. Susie and her family took great care of our 12 year old Brittany in their home. We were away for a while and Susie kept in touch with updates and photos. He was made to feel at home and definitely was made part of their family along with their dog and ginger cat! Their yard was not fenced so Susie kept him on a leash at all times. Our dog was happy and well looked after when we came to pick him up. We will definitely be asking Susie and family to look after our dog again on our next trip.”

“Misty had a great time staying at Stefani and her family’s home. When I first came to there home for a meet a greet, I was surprised to see Christopher, Stefani’s little boy, waiting at the door step calling out for Misty. He was super excited. He treated Misty as his own. Stefani was very flexible with me especially when I arrived late to pick Misty up. There home is dog friendly and her husband even built a ramp for the dogs to go to the backyard without having to climb the stairs. Stefani sent me great pictures of Misty that I posted some online. I would board Misty again at Stefani’s home.”

Once we did our meet and greet in their home, I knew we found the perfect spot for our dog. Jeremy and Erin are past users of Rover themselves, so they truly understand how nerve wracking it can be to leave your dog behind when traveling. Our dog is very much a "people person" so knowing that he would be the only dog in their care was a huge plus for us, because they could give him a lot of attention, which we knew he would need. We were given lots of updates and pictures, and we could see how much they cared for him like he was their own dog. We will definitely use them again in the future!”

Our dog became ill unexpectedly while under Lora P's care (a couple of hours after drop off, we think something was brewing and missed the signs... to clarify this did not happen due to anything with Lora P). She not only effectively communicated all critical updates, but she also went ABOVE AND BEYOND in multiple ways to get the appropriate veterinary care. This included a midnight trip to the VCA and waiting for hours to get an update from the Vet. We are forever grateful to Lora P for taking care of our sweet Lucy girl (who is home safe and healthy thanks to Lora P!). We will always feel safe leaving our pets with Lora P.”
