About: I have extensive background in animal care and behavior, I have worked as a vet tech and started my own non-profit for special needs cats and kittens in 2009. I have been in the animal welfare field for 26 years. There are 10 fenced acres and 2.5 acres fenced within that is all grass for the pups to play on! I am home the majority of the day, all week and can provide a fun and enjoyable time while you are away. I want you to feel comfortable boarding your companion, so there is no extra charge for special needs, particular preferences, etc.- this is a customized experience. Your pet companion will be cared for and entertained the entire time! Your beloved pets will be watched 24/7 (brief errands do arise). They will have stimulation, play, and comfy couches or beds to sleep on when rest is needed. Your pets will be treated like part of our family. I do have a standing client where I care for their dogs in the mornings, so if needed, that can be worked around, but generally early mornings are difficult to offer during the week. Weekends are open. I have a fenced yard, with 2.5 acres available to run and play. I have friendly dogs that enjoy other dogs if they want to play. I have seperate areas if your dog prefers to be alone. The seperate areas are located inside with temperature control, or if they prefer outside, there are dog runs.

About: Kevin and I have both been caring for dogs and many other types of animals for our entire lives and absolutely couldn’t envision our life without several animals. Kevin has grown up around a family dog business - participating in AKC scent trials, agility training, boarding and almost any other type of dog event & training you can imagine. I’ve had cats and dogs my entire lifetime and used to help foster kittens as a child and teenager. We currently have two dogs, several cats, chickens, turkeys and more. Your animals will be in safe and caring hands with us! We both work but set our own schedules and/or work from home so your dog will rarely, if ever, be left alone. Since we have animals of our own, caring for additional pets is not a problem and part of our normal lifestyle. We have a large fenced dog run outside, in home kennel area, along with crates for crate trained dogs. Our property is about 5 acres and fully fenced with front gates so dogs cannot leave the area. We also have a couple large lawns we use for doggy playtime, fetch and training sessions.

About: I grew up with all sorts of animals. I’ve been pet/house sitting since I was 18 (31 now). I provide a loving and caring environment for your fur babies! Lots of love and treats. Able to give medication to your babies or stay with strict diets. Whatever your pet needs I can do :) I just moved to the area and haven’t found a job yet so my availability is 24/7 :) available for last minute trips or ones planned months in advance I have a border collie about to be 8 years old. We currently live in a travel trailer but he gets multiple walks and play time through out the day. He gets two meals a day and a never empty water bowl and lots of treats! And he loves making new furry friends wherever he goes

About: I have my own German Shepherd, and like most of you and myself anytime I've needed someone to care for and look after Brooklyn I've always looked for someone who has pets of their own because it helps me trust them because they do all the things we all do for our pets that they do as well. I'm currently in a career that I chased the money but have hit a wall and realized I hate it now I want to make a change to something that would make me happy, and I cannot think of anything else at the time that would make me happier than getting to hang out and play with dogs all day. About: I am a dog owner, looking to care for other dogs at my home! I have a very playful 2year old Labrador who would love to have company. Two is better than one. My wife and I would take care and keep an eye on your fur babies when you’re out for travel, short trips, vacaciones holidays or others occasions. I have a fenced yard for play and potty time. I also have a full house so you dog would never be alone because I work from home and so does my wife. We let our dogs roam free in the house.

To let you know a little about me, I am currently a UC Davis student and am looking to spend my time over the summer with some sweet animals! I have plenty of experience with many different animal such dogs, cats, and more. I know how to care for a range of pets as I have cared for senior animals and special needs animals before. I myself have a pup who needs medication every morning and night which come with side effects such as increase in thirst, hunger, and hyperactivity. So, I am well immersed with dogs that may require a little more maintenance. For house sitting, I’d love to meet your animals beforehand so they know who I am first and feel more comfortable when stay in their home for a prolonged period of time. What works best for me is a small yet informational note outlining your pets daily routine— things like when they eat breakfast/lunch/dinner, how much they eat, how often you would like them to be walked, where they go or what they do while I am out of the house, and anything else you feel is necessary. This lets me get an idea of what the animals needs/wants while I am there. This allows me to maintain a comfortable environment for them in hope to reduce any possible stress. For drop in visits: Usually I stay for about an hour and half per drop in visit but if more time is needed or requested that is not a problem! During that time, I will go on walks, engage in different activities with them, and check on food/water too. Also, while I am there if there is any other house maintenance that needs to be done such as skimming the pool or checking the mail let me know! I am happy to however I can. Overall, I hope to hear from you and meet all your pets soon! This summer, I do plan on working, likely part-time, so I will have lots of time to spend time with your animals and taking them on walks or other ways to exert energy! To keep the animals as comfortable as possible with a new person in their home I try to stick to a similar routine that they are used to.

Since I generally travel to your home and stay there with your pets, I enjoy the time of reading and visiting local attractions. I appreciate that much of the time I spend will be at your home with your pets. If I go out they will be wherever you leave them when you go to work or play. I always make sure they are safe and that I return in time for their next meal and shared evening and sleep routine time.

About: Hi, my name is Jessie! I have been working as a Veterinary Assistant for 5 years. I’ve been the go-to pet sitter in my family for as long as I can remember, and personally cared for a Chihuahua and a cat for 10 years until moving from my childhood home and now I have a Husky mix and 2 cats. I have experience with several different breeds and dogs of all ages, I’ve even helped with caring for a few different new litters. I have a lot of patience for the older doggos out there who may need to take a slower walk around and also for those young pups who need to get all of their energy out. I love them all! I’m also comfortable giving a variety of medications if that’s something your pet needs! I’ll make sure your furry friend gets the special attention they need to leave them happy as can be for you when you come home.
