She is very communicative, professional, courteous, proactive, flexible and kind. She sends good updates and photos every day. Jocelyn follows all directions to the letter, stays the whole time, and she even made the extra effort to remove knots from my long haired tabby's fur. . One of my kitties is now good friends with her. The other very shy guy even came nearer to her than I have ever seen him get to a new person. About: I live on a farm and have had animals my whole life. I currently have two young dogs. I care for pets of other family members while they are away. I have been caring for animals for over 30 years. I am currently retired from my job in healthcare. I love going to my grandchildren’s sports events but have plenty of available time to provide lots of love and care your fur baby. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since i was little. Not only have i learned responsibilities but my deep love and compassion for animals grows every day! I have a bulldog of my own and i couldn’t imagine a life without him. I’m working almost full time but i can make time most weekdays to stop and take care of your pets needs. “We have two large dogs, that require a ridiculous amount of attention, especially since one is very sharp/shy. We asked Katrena to come meet our dogs a couple times, to make sure that they would be compatible with her, and her with them. She was very prompt and on time with both meetings prior to actually being hired. She was very attentive to our dogs, and took plenty of time to make sure they, and we were comfortable with leaving the dogs in her care. Not only did our dogs accept her, but they absolutely adored her. Her attention to detail was second to none. She was prompt each day, and made sure that the dogs were calm, before leaving, especially because of the fireworks for Independence Day. We were very comfortable knowing that our dogs were well taken care of, and that she was accepted as part of their pack. If you’re having any doubts about your pets companion in your absence, I assure you you won’t after leaving them in the care of Katrena. She treats them as her own, and she never seems to tire from giving belly rubs. We will be using her again, in the near future, and so happy that we decided to hire her for the care of our dogs.”
