About: Ive been around dogs my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring from pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities. My dad and I race sled dogs in the winter, so I grew ups helping care for our 9 Alaskan huskies and understand the energy, exercise, and attention they need. I also have 3 cats at home, so I'm just as comfortable caring for feline friends. I previously worked at a dog daycare, where I gained experience handling dogs with all kinds of personalities and temperaments in a safe, positive environment. Im comfortable caring for senior pets, giving oral medications, and making sure every pet feels loved, safe, and well cared for while you're away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, or just some extra cuddles, Ill treat them like they're my own. During the summer, I work full-time as a bartender at Clearwater (Harbor), but I carefully plan my schedule, so I can provide dependable pet care before, and after work. I'm committed to making sure every pet gets plenty of attention, exercise, potty breaks, meals, and love while you're away. About: I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals at various ages/health levels/behavioral attitudes. I see every animal as an individual requiring specific care and love to learn about what makes them each unique. I grew up caring for chickens, had a dog in agility, along with a pet parakeet. I lived in Myanmar during peace corps and quickly became known as the "cat house" because all the stray cats would go in and out of my house--and I ended up caring for 3 litters of kittens alongside the mothers (thankfully getting them both spayed). I've done some fostering and overnight pet-sitting, and would meet your pets needs wherever they're at! I will be substitute teaching starting in the fall, so before that my schedule will be quite flexible, then afterwards I’ll still be available and flexible (I don’t plan to sub every day as I’m also an online student) but wouldn’t always be able to do midday visits. However, just ask! I only provide care in the pets' habitats as I can't guarantee my cats would get along with all animals, but I promise to leave the house looking the same as it did when I came in, use the appropriate leash/harnesses on walks, and keep litter boxes clean.

I know how to groom, bathe and clip nails, I know how to train aswell when it comes to both cats and dogs, knowing i’ve pet sat for family and friends since i was young it grew on me for training them! About: I have cared for dogs and cats, during all the stages of their lives, for many years. I've had dogs of various breeds with serious health conditions that required nearly constant monitoring, complex medication management, and frequent vet involvement. I have taken care of puppies and kittens, senior dogs and cats, and pets at all stages in between. Providing loving care for pets has been a major focus of my life for as long as I can remember. I'm currently a stay at home dog mom, so pet care pretty much is my routine! And since my husband works from home, I have plenty of time and flexibility to care for your furry poopsies too 😊 I have two young adult standard poodles and a mini poodle puppy. They, like all of our dogs before them, live in our house as members of our family. They are crate trained and know basic commands for safety, but when they're not playing outside or on a walk, they can mostly be found lounging on couches or beds (mostly ours, sometimes theirs). I've also been a dedicated sitter for my sister's cats for almost 20 years. I've cared for kittens to seniors in that time, and seen to all their needs.
About: I would take my dog out for walks everyday since I was 13 and would make sure she was cared for, played with, and properly groomed I am currently working two jobs part-time, but I am often available to walk dogs (morning, day or afternoon) or cat-sit in my free time. In my home, we make sure our cats are fed at least twice a day and we scoop their litter everyday. When we had my senior dog, we would let her outside often to get some exercise and would bathe her at least once a month when she got dirty.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
