About: As someone who has had pets in the home for as long as I can remember, I know it is important for them to be in a loving, patient, and attentive environment and I thrive in providing environments that are such! I work from home and I’m a SAHM, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention, playtime, potty breaks, and supervision throughout the day. I also live in a very walkable area so plenty of exercise can be achieved if needed. I have my own male maltipoo who loves to meet and play with other animals as well. There’s plenty of room for exercise, if your pup enjoys the outdoors.

As a teen I volunteered at animal shelters, then as adult I became a foster for the Humane Society in Jacksonville Florida for years before moving to Birmingham last year. I miss having the opportunity to care for a variety of animals and getting to know them if only for a short while. I've taken care of very tiny newborns, sick, old, special needs and of course healthy animals. It would be my pleasure to welcome your fur babies with open arms into my home or yours. They will be treated like my own. If you are in the process of training, I will pick up where you left off with potty, leash training, etc. I can give baths and brushes if needed. I am a independent contractor and I make my own schedule. My work is very pet friendly so at the discretion of the parents, if they enjoy car rides, they can can either come with or I will stay home with them during their stay. I am very flexible. About: I have had dogs all my life and experienced with young and senior dogs as well and medication management if needed and spoil them rotten in my care 😬 They will get much love and attention as I am a stay home pet mom myself. About: I’ve had dogs throughout my entire life, but currently I have a 7 year old golden retriever I treat like my child! I’ve always trained all of my dogs myself and participated in many safety training classes regarding training. I am currently in graduate school and unemployed, so mostly it’s just me and my golden at home most days, so I have plenty of spare time to help in your pet’s care! I am open to boarding and house sitting, but also happy to do drop-ins or just walks! I have a big fenced in yard and a sweet golden who loves making new friends to keep your pup company!
