During the five days we were away, Mariah sent daily updates with photos and a diary of our dog’s activities, which gave us so much peace of mind. She followed all of our care instructions perfectly and even washed the blanket in our dog’s kennel before returning her to us, such a thoughtful touch! When we got home, our dog was calm, happy, and completely herself—no uncustomary behaviors at all. We plan to book Mariah in September again. Highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Family and friends have relied on me for decades to take care of their animals. Growing up on a farm helped give me a lifelong affinity for animals. I’m a teacher who is off all summer. I have plenty of time to fill and would love to look after your animals, either in my home, as a drop in, or just a walk. I have a fenced in backyard, two amazing labs who love other dogs, and a wife and daughter who love dogs as much as I do.

“Ericka was so friendly and sweet with my dog Duke! She asked great questions before the booking that made it clear she’s experienced with dogs and a proactive, thoughtful caregiver. Even more importantly, she asked if I had any questions about her, which really put my mind at ease and showed how professional and considerate she is. While I was away, she sent lots of photos and updates—Duke looked completely at home, especially curled up and relaxed on her couch. I know my dog well, and it was obvious from the photos that he felt safe, loved, and well cared for. I’d absolutely trust Ericka to watch Duke again and highly recommend her!”

“Leaving Buddy with someone new (he always stayed with family) for the first time especially for a full 7-day stay was a big step for us. He had never been away that long without being with family, so naturally we were a little nervous. But Iman truly came through for us. Before the stay, Iman welcomed Buddy and me into her home so we could see the space and make sure it was a good fit. That visit put us at ease. Her home was clean, spacious, and had such a warm, welcoming feel that I felt confident moving forward. On drop-off day, Iman went above and beyond. she even had a personalized welcome sign for Buddy, which meant so much. Like the first day of preschool, Buddy was a little hesitant at first, but he quickly adjusted under her care. Iman didn’t just watch Buddy—she created an experience for him. From puppy painting to a full photo shoot, it was clear he was not only cared for but truly engaged and loved. She kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us great peace of mind. I am beyond grateful for the care she provided and would absolutely trust her again. We will definitely be using Iman in the future!”
