About: With over 20 years of hands-on pet care experience, I’ve had the joy of working with dogs at every life stage—from the playful chaos of puppy training to the tender, attentive care our senior pups need. In my home, every pet is family. Whether it’s trusted neighborhood walks, cozy overnight stays, or just some much-needed belly rubs, I pour my heart and soul into making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and genuinely happy. I have extensive experience working with anxious dogs and understand the patience, calm energy, and trust it takes to help them feel at ease. I’m also fully comfortable administering medications—whether oral, topical, or injections—so your pet’s health routines are always safely maintained. I know how deeply our animals can comfort and connect with us—especially when we need them most. That’s why I care for every dog as if they were my own. I’m a 32-year-old single travel nurse currently between assignments, using this summer as a season of pause and purpose while I navigate my next adventure into entrepreneurship. With a flexible schedule and a heart deeply rooted at home, I’m able to be fully present for the animals in my care—because that’s exactly where I want to be. My entire world revolves around my sweet 12-year-old yellow lab, Missy. She’s my heart dog, my daily joy, and the reason I’ve come to cherish slow mornings, long walks, and quiet snuggles on the couch. Being home with her as much as I can is what matters most to me these days—and extending that same love and attention to your pet is something I don’t take lightly. Whether your pup needs a calm, reassuring presence or a new best friend for playtime and companionship, I’m here to show up with open arms (and probably a pocket full of treats). Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m caring for them in your home, their comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family—free to roam, curl up on the furniture, and enjoy all the belly rubs they can handle. We go on daily walks through the neighborhood, explore local trails, and make time for fun at nearby dog parks if they love to run and play. If I’m coming to your home, I’m happy to stick to your pet’s routine and respect any specific instructions you have—whether that’s feeding schedules, medication, calming routines, or even helping with small errands or tasks while you’re away. I aim to create a calm, trusted environment wherever I am, so your pet feels safe, seen, and loved.

About: I require any visiting pets to be vaccinated and on flea preventitive! I have trained many kinds of dogs for many different things! I have a service dog that I trained Bella! I also have a cat that is trained to sit, spin, and jump! I have experience with diabetic animals and with most animals in general! I work at a dog boarding facility. But I have a lot of time to hang out with pets! I'm happiest when I'm over there spending time with 6 dogs at a time lol it's so much fun! I don't have space to take more than 2 dogs at a time but someday I will! I am working on getting fencing for my yard! I only let 1 dog out on a lead at a time until I get my yard fenced. We go to the dog park most weeks for exercise but I will respect owners wishes! My dog Bella is crate trained and we can use it if needed!

About: I have always been around animals and have had pets my entire life, including cats, dogs, and even birds. I really enjoy taking care of all animals and providing excellent service. My family has a bird, two shih tzus, and a cat. I have frequently been around bigger breeds as well so I am comfortable with any-sized pet. I have experience walking other people's dogs and pet sitting for family and family friends. I am busy this summer preparing for college in the fall, but I wanted something that I care about to fill some of my free time. I am also saving up for college expenses. I would love to make pet sitting/walking a major part of my life. I would be able to watch pets at the owners' home. I will be able to watch them overnight, and or come over to check on them as well as taking walks and playing with them.

About: I’ve had many years of pet care experience. Not only my own fur babies, but family and friends have relied on me to take excellent care of their own babies as wellaa a I currently work full time Monday-Friday 7am-5pm. I’m not much of a go out and be social kind of person, I enjoy being at home spending time with my dog. I am available any day of the week after 5pm and any hours on the weekend. I have one large-ish dog at home. I have an unfenced front and back yard with a small field across from my house for dogs to run and play. There is also a walking path near my house that my dog and I frequent everyday for a walk. Dogs are allowed to roam and make them selves comfy in my home. My dog does not like a crate, but I cater to dogs that are and are not crate trained

About: I have been around pets since I was a child. I know basic cues for cats and dogs. Marine corps veteran who is extremely reliable and responsible. I can care for pets any day of the week. I am available mornings and afternoons everyday. Afternoons I am busy on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday. I have short fenced in yard and plenty of walking trails near me. There are no animals that stay at the house permanently. Dogs are allowed on coaches and beds if this is what they are used to.

About: Hello! My name is Griffin and I'm 20 years old. I have owned dogs my entire life and I have two living with me along side a cat! I currently work at The Family Fido just outside of Stewartville. During my time there, I have worked with many different breeds and sizes of dogs while supervising group play! Not all of the dogs that stay with us are dog friendly so I have worked with solo dogs too! The Family Fido is a boarding/daycare/rescue facility so as part of my job I take care of feeding and medications. Since I started, we have had 5 litters of puppies that I have helped to raise before they have been adopted out to families. I have learned a lot of training skills and I will be attending dog conferences in the future to build my experience even more! Working at a boarding and rescue facility I work with dogs daily and for hours at a time. I own two dogs as well that I work with around the house daily! I am able to do walks, feeding, bathing, nail trims, play, and continue any training that your dog may currently be working on! I am also open to working with anxious or less confident dogs as well as handling more than one dog at a time!

About: Hello! My name is Hiley! I have 6 years of experience taking care of cats. I grew up with many cats in my household and started to help take care of them when i was 13. I have taken care of cats with illness, special needs, and pregnancy. I have taken care of newborn kittens all the way to senior cats. I am very confident and comfortable being around and helping take care of many cats at once. I feel I am very experienced with taking care of cats and can’t wait to help care for yours! I am currently working a part time job from 9am- 4pm, so l'll have plenty of time to help take care of your pets! I am available after 4pm on the weekdays and all day during the weekends. I have a very flexible schedule that also allows me to do overnight stays! I specialize in cat sitting. I will come in and make sure they get their food and water and bathroom breaks. I'll play with them to make sure they're feeling happy and energized. If I stay overnight I’ll check on them many times during the day, feed and play with them. Making sure they’re alright and feel comfortable.

About: My entire childhood my aunt who lived with us, bred toy poodles. So, caring for puppies to dogs is my specialty. From feeding to walks, snuggles and play, I do it all with love and care. Since having children, we have discussed fostering dogs and we found this would be the best way to love on some dogs and make an income as a stay-at-home mom of two. I am a stay-at-home mom, so we are available mostly all the time other than drop off and Pickup from school, and can move commitments around fairly easily. I have a fenced in yard, and two young children to run around and play with your fur baby, walk with them and help feed them. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of running space along walking paths.

About: I joined Rover to help feed my love of multiple dogs! Since I travel occasionally, managing one dog full-time is enough for me. However, I grew up with 3 to 4 dogs on average. Choose me and your dog will have all the love and attention! I’m in my 30’s and work from home remotely M-F. I volunteer at multiple rescues, so have recent experience with different dog sizes and breeds. When I was younger, I use to be an AKC Junior Handler in dog shows. My personal dog experience ranges from Papillons, Lab/Golden Retriever mixes, Goldendoodles, and a Doberman. I’ve also owned multiple cats growing up, so are also available for feline drop-ins. I even have experience with tiger cubs! I spend a lot of time with my dog and will give your dog the same attention. I am available for walks, drop ins and overnights. I currently work remotely from home so have a pretty open schedule to come take care of your pup at your home or housesit during the week. I take care of your pets at your home so safety is not an issue. This gives my customers an ease of mind that their animal is in it’s normal environment.

About: I’ve had dogs growing up my whole life. I currently have 2 beautiful babies that I love very much. I know how to care for all types of dogs, young or old. I work from 6-2:30 everyday so your pet wouldn’t be alone for too long. I am available everyday for as many days as you need. I am very cautious when it comes to watching other people’s dogs in their home. I will treat the dog and the home with much respect and abide by all rules you have.

About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs since I was 5 years old and have a lifelong love for animals. Over the years I’ve gained experience caring for many different pets, including helping take care of my sister’s three German Shepherds as well as watching friends’ cats and dogs. I’m comfortable with feeding schedules, exercise, playtime, and making sure pets feel safe and well cared for while their owners are away. I treat every pet like family and always make their comfort and safety a priority. I run my own business so can make my own schedule to meet with my customers schedules as well. Very flexible on my days and times for stopping by your house. Can let the dogs out inside your fenced in area and sit outside until they come in. Can also do the same if they go on leash or chain around the yard. Will sit outside until it's time to go back in the house.

About: I have taken care of my own dog as well as taken family friends dogs on walks and runs. I am currently training for a half marathon, so if your dogs loves long runs or long walks I would love to help them get outside and exercise. I currently am working part time on top of school. Most days I can take dogs on a walk or run in the morning to later afternoon! I currently live in an apartment where pets are not allowed, so for now I will stick to taking dogs on walks and runs whether that’s around a safe neighborhood or at a park.
