About: I have been pet-sitting in my hometown for over 5 years, and I worked for two years in high school at my local vet clinic. I am trained in giving all types of medications, and I have substantial experience in working with animals in all states of health. I have also been exposed to a wide variety of pet behaviors, so I am comfortable working with pets that may need extra attention and care. I also have several senior pets and have fostered kittens in the past, so I love working with pets of all ages! I have spent my entire life loving animals, beginning with the family pets I grew up with. This led me to the veterinary field, where I began fostering and rescuing animals. Through this work, I discovered I have a particular love for senior pets, which led to my family adopting 5 senior dogs and one cat. Currently, I am a pre-veterinary student at Mizzou and I hope to become an Emergency Mixed-Animal Veterinarian! While I am excited to be pursuing my dreams, I really miss my pets and all of the animals I used to work with, so I am looking to fill that void here at school! I am a full time student, and my class schedule varies from day to day. I am usually on campus from 9-3 during the week, and I would love to work with any pets that need care outside of those hours or on the weekends! I strive to provide the best care to every animal I work with by making their comfort my top priority. I know how hard it is to be away from your pets, so I treat every pet how I would want mine to be treated. Outside of my professional experience with animals, I just really enjoy hanging out and spending time with them! So, you can trust that your pets will be loved, spoiled, and excellently cared for while you are away :) I work hard to establish trust with every animal I work with, to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible. I know how stressful it can be for pets when their owners are away, so I try my best to keep them happy and stress-free! I am happy to give medications, play with your pets, or simply hang out with them in order to provide the best quality care.

About: I’ve had a deep love for animals since I was a kid, and I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 7 years old. My first dog was a beloved member of our family for 12 wonderful years, and since then we have welcomed three more pups into our lives. One of them is my own, Nala, a pitbull mix who is truly my entire world. I have experience with dogs of all ages, including geriatric dogs and those needing regular medication. In addition to dogs, I’ve had rabbits since I was 11. My current bunny, Minnette, will be 14 this August after losing her bonded partner in 2021. I’ve also regularly cat sat for friends and family and am comfortable with feline care. Over the years I’ve rescued many dogs and volunteered at the Animal Protective Association, also known as APA, in St. Louis where I gained hands-on experience with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments. I have a particular interest in dog body language and behavior. I love learning how to make animals feel safe, understood, and happy. Whether your pet is playful, shy, elderly, or energetic, I will be attentive to their unique needs and treat them like family. I just graduated college at Mizzou, and am taking a gap year before I begin graduate school next fall! This means I have plenty of time and my schedule is wide open to care for your pets. <3 I have always been an avid animal lover-- not even just dogs, but all sorts of pets! I have had my bunny since she was 1 year old and I was 11, and she is now about to turn 14 next month! I have also had dogs since I was 7 years old! I grew up with my childhood dog, Louie for 12 years. Now, I have my own dog, Nala. I have had her for about 3 years now, and I consider myself to be a helicopter parent (ask anyone haha)! With that being said, I am ALWAYS paying attention to details, instructions, and am very vigilant about making sure your pet is getting everything they need. As I do with my own pets, I will give that same attention and dedication to yours!

About: I am a veterinary student and have extensive experience caring for animals in many capacities. I am comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and cats. I have classes during the day most days, but will be able to either drop by in early morning or afternoon/evening! I am more thank happy to work with times as long as I have sufficient notice. I will follow any guideline you set for your animals in order to keep them safe. I will not give them anything unapproved, and I am familiar with signs of distress or illness in animals. This will help me to make sure your pet is doing well in my time watching them.

About: I am a registered nurse and a mom a Great Dane and 2 kitties. I am taking a break from nursing and am now available for your fur babies needs throughout the day. I grew up on a farm in southern Mo and have cared for livestock (cattle, goats) as well as our Great Pyrenees during my adolescence. I love all dogs and have confidence in walking and training large, dominant dogs as well. I have been in training and agility classes with my current dog and am happy to help with leash walking and obedience. I am currently taking a break from nursing due to burnout. Monday-Sunday I'm your girl! Feel free to reach out for reoccurring visits, or for multiple visits per day, if you are located in the Columbia area. I am happy to make frequent check ins during the week and during weekends. I am available for dog walking and drop in visits every day of the week.

About: I started volunteering at the humane society in second grade, and I have loved taking care of animals ever since. I grew up with three dogs and fostered cats in college, and I often pet sit for family and friends. I am in between jobs currently so I am available every weekday morning, afternoon and evening. I am also available on some weekends, just ask! I always make sure gates are closed before I let dogs out, and am very careful about keeping them on a close leash when there are cars or bikers nearby.

About: Hello! I have been taking care of animals for over 13 years. I grew up with two cats and two dogs, and taking care of multiple neighbors animals whenever they were out of town. My partner also works on rover and I have helped him on multiple occasions! I have a very flexible schedule at work, currently only working a part time job. I will always prioritize your pet and making sure they get the best care. Being a pet mom myself, I would give the best care for your pet, just as I would for mine. That includes making sure they are fed and taken outside and played with, etc!

About: I’ve taken care of a variety of dogs. I have references from friends & family. I love animals I personally have 2 boxers and a lab. I can administer medication. I currently work full-time for Columbia Public Schools, but I’m available for check-ins in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings during the week. On weekends, I have more flexibility and can provide more frequent visits. If school is off, I’m available for full-day care! Your dog’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I currently have a dog named Rocko who is more like a daughter than a pet to me. I also have 2 adorable cats, one is 22 years old and the other is 5. I have always had passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets throughout my entire life. I have had dogs of all different breeds and sizes from an Australian husky mix to laber doodles. I also believe a healthy pup is an active pup so I would love to take yours out on a walk. Side note: I also offer grooming during house stays for an additional fee! I’m currently available anytime to look after your fury family while you’re away! Or if you just need a reliable animal lover to take your dog on a walk. A walk a day keeps the vet away! When watching your fur baby I will send you updates and pictures of how they’re doing, and fill you in on any activities we did together. I’ll also follow any guidelines left for me by the owner. If they’re staying at my house they will have to be leashed when outside. When inside they are free to explore and play and I can also crate them if needed.
