“Clarissa was a very attentive sitter to our kitty. She gave him lots of attention and watched over our house for us making sure to let us know that we left our door unlocked and checking for packages at our front door. We will use Clarissa again the next time we leave!”

“My three cats were happy, cared for according to my instructions, and Rachel's communications were great. Our first experience with her and we will definitely have her at the top of our list next time!”

About: In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve spent several years working professionally with animals. My experience includes serving as an Animal Control Officer/Field Supervisor in Cheyenne, WY, as well as working as a Zookeeper in the Bird Department (penguins included 🐧) at the ABQ BioPark Zoo in Albuquerque, NM. I have certifications in NACA I, NACA II, and Fear Free. I am also pre-exposure prophylaxis vaccinated. I genuinely love caring for animals and spending time with them. If you need someone to check in on your pets, provide overnight care, take your dog for a walk (or a run), administer medications, or simply give them some extra attention while you're away, I’d be happy to help! I have a strong understanding of animal behavior and extensive experience working with both aggressive and fearful/skittish dogs. Your pet’s health, safety, and well-being are my top priorities and I will treat them as if they were my own. I am available to care for my client’s dog, cat, bird, etc. at any time of the day Tuesday through Saturday—this includes nights and late nights. I am only able to care for my clients’ pet(s) at their home. I can administer medications, feed, walk (or run), or simply provide attention.
“She took great care of our 3 dogs and 1 cat, very thankful for her. Would recommend and use her again. Timely check ins, pictures of our fur babies, and nice detailed notes about them were all appreciated.”

About: I have loved taking care of pets my whole life. I currently have two giant breed, English Mastiffs. Hunter 170 lbs. Athena 150 lbs. So from Itty bitty pups to giant breed adult dogs, I'm your gal! I am professional, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Your pets and your home will be safe with me while you're away. ❤️ I'm currently semi-retired and still work in my field but I am 100% remote. I am a director for an IT staffing company. So my schedule is flexible to take care of pets. I'm available during the week now if it's ok that I work from your home. Hoping to be 100% retired by the end of the year. So excited! ❤️ I will feed, water and provide meds. I can bathe, brush, walk and play with your pets if you like. I love to love on them and hold them for as long as they will let me. I spoil our pets and I'll spoil yours too, if that's ok! I'm happy to do drop ins. I can feed your cats or fish too. I'm experienced with both. No one will care for your home and your pets like I will!
“My dog is 16 years old, 12 lbs, and blind so naturally I am a helicopter dog mom! I sent her six videos of everything for how to’s and she enacted them all perfectly! 100% I tend to rebook her in the future!”

“Elizabeth provided lots of updates and stayed longer than her visits required every time to give the dogs extra play time. She brought in a package off the porch for me too. Thank you !”

“Kattie is an amazing dog sitter with our two German Shepherds. Over the Hottest days of summer she kept them watered, cool and safe for 6 days. She even picked up some poop which was appreciated!! Kattie is an amazing dog sitter!”

About: I’ve taken care of neighbors, friends, and family’s dogs of all breeds ever since I can remember. I have always had a dog in the home growing up and I would love to help out! I am currently a full-time student going to school for dental hygiene. My weekends and Mondays are available for me to walk your dog while you are at work or to watch your pets while you are out of town :) I have no problem going and staying anywhere to keep your fur baby company if you are not able to. I unfortunately am not allowed to bring pets to where I live, but I can go anywhere in Great Falls and take your dogs for walks!
“We used Rasia for a several daily drop in visits while on vacation. She was easy to communicate with and flexible with us on timing of the visits each day. She was on time and our pup loved her walks and hang out time with Rasia. We would use her again if we return.”

About: Hi! I've been taking care of animals since I could walk. I have been a dog walker and house sitter for years before going to nursing school. Your dogs are in good hands!
“We can’t say enough great things about Andrew! He really helped us out last minute. He cared for our pup all week. He gave a lot of updates and pictures. And when an unexpected rain and thunderstorm came he got in touch with us to make sure he could put our dog somewhere he felt more comfortable. We would recommend him to everyone!”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of July 2026, there are 31 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Sand Coulee. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
