“They were wonderful! Kept my dog at their home for the weekend and sent lots of pictures and updates. Dr Bob (my dog) was nice and exhausted when he came home. Which always means he had a blast!”

About: I have had dogs since I was 5, and I have also taken care of everything from hamsters to horses. I have pet sat for family and friends for the better part of 10 years. I personally own a cat, and she is completely indoors. My roommate also has a dog that lives mostly inside and we take it on regular walks. I'm confortable with dogs if all sizes, and willing to run or walk with them. I am also very comfortable handling dogs of any temperament- be they aggressive, shy, or friendly. I am available at any time, even for emergencies. My current schedule allows me to be very flexible and open to help you and your pets get the care they need. I have worked in multiple pet care environments, from vet hospitals to trainer kennels, and have had the opportunity to work with dogs of multiple dispositions and temperaments. I know how to handle myself and your pet in a manner that can keep both of us safe and happy.

“Halla was excellent with our Baxter! He had gotten sick the day before she was to pick him up and she did a great job of keeping us updated on how he was feeling/acting which took a lot of the worry away! Will definitely use again!”

About: I have had dogs as early as my first memory, I have had my oldest dog for 11 years. I treat them as they are my children. I have experience with young dogs as well. I rescued my youngest dog at 4 months old. Dogs give so much love to us, they all deserve the most. I currently am available full time. I am Joining my gf on travel nurse assignments with our 2 pups! So I have wide open availability. I have a fenced in yard. Dogs are allowed on the couch and have their own separate living room and feeding area. My neighborhood also has sidewalks and walking trails!

About: Many years of experience with my own pets. I'm experienced in pet rescue and shelter work. Senior and/or impaired are welcome. Small farm care also available. I am free all days of the week. I spend as much time with each pet that is needed. I like to take pics and send updates to pet parents. Security and safety are a must. I am always very aware of my surroundings. I do my best to make sure your pet and home are taken care of as if they were my own.

Karla H.
“Karla is the best! We have 2 senior dogs, 18 chickens and 2 cats. She takes care of them all! She follows instructions and they are comfortable with her. We honestly don’t worry about a thing when we are away. When we come home the pups don’t act stressed like they used to when we kenneled them at the vet. She does extra for me and brings in the mail, packages, checks on the house and waters my plants! We are thankful for her!”
