About: I have owned and cared for dogs my whole life. I also know how important it is to be able to leave my pets with someone who is caring, kind, and safe. Pets are family but sometimes we need to leave them with sitter. I will care for the pups I care for as my own. I have a fenced yard where they can play. Arlington Park a few blocks away for walks. I am recently retired RN. I wake looking forward to care for my two small dogs and am available to open our home to another small dog. I keep my boarding to a single dog or will care for two from same home. I have a complete fenced yard and will be able to crate dog if necessary. Constant care. Never leave them outside by themselves. My dogs are allowed on furniture and sleep with me. The visiting dog will be able to as well if ok with owner.

“Bill and his wife were so kind to my pup! They helped watch her twice while we were on vacation since our dog doesn't like to be alone. They are true dog lovers and went above and beyond taking care of her with treats, walks, brushing her, sending pictures and videos! They made me confident and calm knowing my pup was in great hands! Highly recommend!”

“Jennifer is a very friendly dog lover, she took great care of my dog Cali while we visited Siesta Key. Jennifer was accommodating with my sometimes unpredictable schedule and kept me updated on how Cali was enjoying her day with Jennifer. I will definitely request Jennifer for our future visits to Sarasota.”

About: Hello!! My name is Leslie Capozzi. I'm excited to help you with your pet boarding needs! I owned 3 pet stores in my past life, my pet stores offered dog grooming, food, toys, medicine, fish, reptiles, but our specialty was exotic birds! I accept all dogs, non-venomous reptiles, non-venomous fish, birds, and mammals for boarding at my home. My beautiful home has a large, well-maintained, fenced yard for potty breaks and exercise. It also includes a closed-in lanai with a pool and dog doors throughout. My garden and yard have been featured in local magazines, I am a master gardener, and my yard is a certified monarch butterfly garden. Looking forward to your business! I work from home. I am available around the clock for your animals. Your pets will always be my main focus throughout their whole stay. Your animals will have constant access to a beautiful screened-in lanai area and a well-maintained, large fenced-in yard. The yard has plenty of space for potty breaks and running and playing.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the deep, lifelong bond I’ve had with animals — especially my own. I’ve had pets my whole life, and most recently cared for my 16-year-old Yorkie (almost 17!) who had kidney disease. He was truly like my child, and during his final chapter, I gave him incredibly loving, one-on-one care every single day. That experience gave me not just senior dog care skills, but a deep understanding of patience, gentleness, and being fully present. I know how much pets mean to us — they’re family — and I treat every animal I care for with that same level of love and attention. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine because I truly enjoy it — and I’m very flexible and open with my schedule. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, or overnight care depending on what your pet needs. Whether it’s a midday walk or a weekend stay, I’m happy to adjust to what works best for you and your furry baby. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting yours, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have a fully fenced backyard and a pet-friendly home, so pets staying with me will have space to play and relax. I’m also happy to follow any routines or special instructions — feeding, medications, crate use, you name it. If I’m in your home, I treat it with respect and do everything I can to make your pet feel at ease while you’re away. I’m very adaptable and just want your pet to feel happy and cared for wherever they are.

“Ashley was great! Our pup is only 4 months and I wasn’t sure how this was going to go. However, she came home tired every day which is a great sign! This morning we didn’t drop her off and she was waiting at the door- looks like she was hoping to go back! She will be back for sure. Thank you!”

About: I've owned and trained big dogs my whole life, but it's been a few years since the loss of my best friend Eva (pitbull mix). For now, I take pride in being Aunt Rachel to my friend’s animals, and soon yours too! With me, your furry family member will get plenty of love, exercise, and care. I work remotely, and live in downtown Sarasota, so your pet will get plenty of steps in as we explore the town! I wake up early every morning to go for a walk, am flexible for midday walks, and in the evening, I usually go down to the bay where your pet and I can enjoy the sunset. I keep my place neat and tidy, but that won’t stop me from inviting your pet on the couch or bed because animals deserve to be comfy too! I wake up early every morning to go on a walk and I come home and work from there. I'm flexible to do midday walks, and I usually catch sunset at the bay where I can bring your pet.. I keep a clean place, but that doesn't stop me from patting the couch or my bed for your pet to lay because animals deserve to be comfy too!

“Charlotte and Randy are absolutely wonderful. I was very anxious about leaving my spoo with anyone and they were fabulous. They have their own little spoo and Churchill felt so at home with them and would get so excited to visit them, this from a dog who doesn't like strangers. They were only strangers for one day. He knew when his daycare day was and would be so excited to go. I can't thank them or recommend them highly enough for the way they loved my dog. I'm sorry to be moving away because we will miss them greatly. Do not hesitate to leave your dog with them. If you have a poodle even better.”
