About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life—since I was 5 years old. My mom is a dog groomer, and I worked with her for years, which gave me hands-on experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and needs. I currently have three of my own, ranging from 40 to 190 lbs, so I’m very comfortable handling large breeds and high-energy pups. I’m confident with everything from basic care to reading dog body language and managing senior or anxious dogs with patience and calm energy. I work from home, so I’m home all day and able to give your pet plenty of attention, playtime, and potty breaks. My flexible schedule means I can easily stick to your dog’s routine and be available for walks, feedings, and cuddle time throughout the day. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs or quirks. I follow instructions closely, keep a clean and calm environment, and never leave pets unattended in unsafe situations. I also give regular updates so you always know how your pet is doing. About: Hello, my name is Alex! Animals have always been an interest of mine (fun fact: my favorite animal is the grizzly bear) and I love caring for them! I've been taking care of my family dogs for the last 5 years and recently adopted my kitty a little over a year ago. Outside of that, I volunteer at my local shelter and have been hired to walk dogs by neighbors as well as dog/ house sit from time to time. I may be new to Rover but I am not new to being dependable and responsible! I am currently a Junior in college and do not work a job during the academic year. My main constraint is classes when school is in session, but other than that I will work diligently to fit into whatever schedule is needed of me! I know how difficult it can be to trust someone else with your pet. This is why I do my absolute best to make sure each fur baby is treated with the same love and care that I would want for my own. My goal is to give them - and you - the absolute best experience possible.

About: I had a Tibetan Terrier who lived to be 14 years old, so I've had plenty of senior pet care experience, as well as administering medications. I currently have a golden retriever who is about little over 1 year old who I got at 8 weeks so plenty of puppy experience as well. I've trained both of my dogs to do many tricks. I've never owned a cat but I've pet sit for plenty. I'm taking classes at the University of Alabama so whenver I'm not in class or taking care of my own dog, I'm free. Especially weekends, afternoons, and evening. I can take your dog on walks or if you have a fenced in yard I can go hang out with them in the backyard.

About: I have 5+ years of experience in pet sitting and am a huge animal lover! I have two cats of my own, and have fostered about a dozen kittens and cats from shelters. I love interacting with dogs and cats of any size and personality, and enjoy dog walking as well. I have volunteered at the Humane Society cat house, as well as walk dogs through the Metro Animal Shelter happy hour. I am very flexible as far as needs for feeding, walking, etc and check ins at your home. Love going to the Tuscaloosa riverwalk for dog walking! Your pet can also stay in my home if needed! I live in a house with two adult cats so I prefer that your pet be cat-friendly, but I also have an extra bedroom where your furbaby can stay if separation is needed. My house has a walking trail and lake behind it which is perfect for dogs. My cats have been introduced to many foster pets over the years!

About: I have taken care of several animals throughout my life. We have 3 dogs right now. A senior toy poodle, a 5 year old yorkie and our newest “foster fail” Remi haha. Remi is a 6 month old Tri-Paw we rescued from the animal shelter. We love our animals and we treat them like family. I have also taken care of my families animals for weeks at a time( including dropping off at camp, feeding and giving meds) I currently work full time from home. Drop ins would be super easy for me! Also, weekends would be better for over night sitting for me. I will do exactly what is needed depending on your animal.
