About: I have many years of experience with animals . Growing up , we always had cats & dogs. Since I've been an adult, I've had many people who rely on me time & time again to watch their pets & homes. I'm looking to add new clients. I'd love to watch your fur babies in your home. I can do day, night or week, drop ins and walks. Whatever, you need I'm sure we can come to an agreement! Let's chat! I currently work full time in Middlebury Monday - Friday 7:30 -3:15. I am available around those times. Overnights, weekends and some holidays if needed. I unfortunately can't do lunchtime drop ins. However, I could drop in after or before work. About: My name is Melissa and I have taken care of animals since my first dog in second grade. I previously had a Labrador and Shih-Tzu who both lived until old age. I also fostered older dogs who could not find homes due to their age. I currently have a one year old yellow lab mix. He’s dog and cat friendly. In order to board your dog, your dog must be dog friendly. I also require a meet and greet to ensure it’s a good fit. I offer boarding in my home. I live in a second story apartment in an old building with a large yard. There is a picture of my apartment located within my pictures. I only board one animal at a time as it's a one bedroom apartment. It allows me to spend quality time with your pet! For boarding I do provide food dishes and toys, but many animals prefer to have some of their own. I also have a medium sized dog crate if required and requested. I have open availability on weekends, however I work from home on weekdays and there may be times I need to be out of my home for up to three hours. I have a camera in my home and will be able to remotely check on your pet if I need to be away for work. I will always inform you prior to the booking if I have appointments out of the home. I am experienced feeding animals in a variety of ways and will follow your instructions on feeding and walking. I ensure animals are well cared for, played with, and that they receive the attention and care needed.

“Elijah took amazing care of our 3 y/o bully fur baby Agape for 2 weeks. He gave him his meds, eyedrops, fed and walked him often and played with him as much as Agape wanted. Oddly enough, Agape accepted Elijah almost instantly (it’s odd because Agape is a rescue) and following Elijah around the house within 2-3 hours.
