We set up for her to come to the house twice a day to let the boys out and feed them. She was always responsive immediately. Even when there were technical issues with our door lock, she didn't hesitate to accommodate our request to address it. This was our first time using Rover and we're sold on the service because of Shaleigh. If we need to use this service in the future, we won't hesitate to reach out to Shaleigh again.
