About: I have taken care of diabetic animals needing glucose monitoring and insulin administration as well as animals requiring subcutaneous hydration. Although I am not trained in veterinarian medicine, my skills learned through nursing may be interchangeable if ill animals are warranting extra care and attention. I am a full time registered nurse, however, I have a lot of flexibility on most Fridays and I am fully available on weekends if needed. At home I have two cats that I care for. My youngest persian likes to constantly play. I also have experience taking care of small dogs and enjoy going for walks.

About: I’ve always had a pet ever since my first shih tzu when I was 5 years old. Since then I’ve owned a couple more and trained them the basics. I had the awesome experience to help a small dog give birth and help its owner know the basics in pup care. I currently own a 10 year old mixed dog and with her I taught the basics in training and some fun tricks. I had to administer an IV at home to care for my old girl when she was a pup and she did well. Caring for animals is fun and I’m glad I’ve had the opportunities to do so. I’m currently a student at NDSU and that leaves a lot of time to me especially since the semester is almost over. With this break I will have plenty of time to walk and care for others pets. I can feed your pet the recommended amount of food and I love walks so if your pet needs an hour or two walk in your person.

“There is no one else I would trust to take care of my babies! Christiania is a kind, loving soul and loves animals as much as I do. She is a fellow cat lady, and my cats always greet her when she comes over (which they do NOT do with everyone!). She was very attentive as far as tending to my elder cats medical needs and making sure he stayed on top of his medication doses while we were away on our trip. She checked the voice messages and relayed the vets messages to us while we were on the phone, she even helped to keep the house clean (litterbox and picking up after our elder cat) and brought the mail in side. Truly she is a gem. I couldn't recommend anyone else!”
