About: I have cared for multiple kinds of pets including dogs, cats, reptiles, guinea pigs, etc. I have worked at two veterinary clinics as well as a pet store. I know the importance of animal care and will ensure that any animal in my care is treated right. I currently do not have a job at the moment but I am actively searching. About: Hello! My name is Amber. I’m currently available to pet sit in Lima and surrounding areas! Dogs are one of my great loves in life. I previously worked at a no-kill shelter in Columbus, Ohio where I worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with many temperaments—I haven’t yet met an anxious dog who didn’t warm up to me quickly—but if your dog has any aggression issues, I am not comfortable accepting the request. If needed, I can administer oral medication; I do not have experience with needles. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, who adapts quickly to new surroundings. I am generally pretty quiet, and I always respect my surroundings. Just like I treat your pets like my own, the same goes for your home. I always make sure it is clean and well kept. By trusting me with the care of your home and your pets, you are giving me the opportunity to do what I love, so there is no question that I will go above and beyond what is expected of me. About: I enjoy spending time with cats and dogs and have been happy to help many family members, friends and clients with their beloved furry friends. I’ve tended to special needs animals as well, giving medicines, special dietary needs and physical needs. Whether you have cats or dogs, or both, they will be loved and cared for while you’re away. I recently returned for a year overseas and am currently looking for a career but would love to help with your pets in the meantime! I have a very open schedule to come to your home but am unable to have pets in my home. About: I am not new to animal care or taking care of animals. I have veterinary technician experience. I have 2 dogs and a huge fenced in back yard. I do work, but i am able to work in the morning or early evening. My dogs love to play ball, chase each other, go for walks, and car rides. They are crate trained and sleep there at night. We have a huge fenced in backyard that my dogs live to run, wrestle and tear up the grass in. I cannot guarantee your pet won't have accidental grass stains.

About: I've personally had three dogs in my home while growing up. I have had bunnies, hamsters, fish, and frogs as well. I currently have four cats in my care and have taken care of other people's dogs. I am currently in school, gaining my certifications for pet boarding. I am looking to take care of animals in the morning and occasional weekends. I am open to caring for your animals in their home, I am not able to house animals at my own house or stay overnight at the moment.

About: I've been a pet owner since I was 10 years old. I have been the go-to pet sitter for anyone from friends to family to family friends. I see pets as family members and will treat them as such. I am a full-time mom looking for some extra money to provide money for my babies. my babies would also be involved if able to be in pet visits and walks. I respect the clients home and the pets safe while providing whatever care is needed to be given. I will keep the home safe and clean.

About: I have had pets in my home my whole life And my friends and family have always relied on me to care for their animals.I am an animal advocate! I am not working anywhere else at this time so I have a pretty free schedule. I am willing to care for any animal all hours a day I have a half an acre fenced in yard for dogs to run. With an actual dog run. I also have a separate kennel if needed.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 4 when I got my first dog. I currently have two cats and would love a dog but my schedule won't provide me enough time to take proper care of one. I am great with training puppies and giving medications. I’m currently a Preschool Intervention Specialist and have my own special education preschool classroom through Lima City Schools. I currently teach August-May. My availability mainly opens up during the summer but love to help out during the school year around my teaching contract. I look forward to working with you! During the school year as long as your schedule works around my teaching contract, I will be able to help you out as much as I can! I have plenty of experience with small, medium, and big dogs. I would prefer to come to you but in the need to have your pet at my house, I am able to crate dogs as needed at my home as my house has an extra room. Plus my cats are very friendly or just stay to themselves so your animals will be in great care.

About: I have always had a dog around since I was a little girl and cats almost just as long! I have also volunteered at the local dog shelter and helped bathe and feed their pups! I currently work part time and can find a time in almost any day to meet the needs of your pets! The more free time I have is more time I could spend with your pet! My dog Ivy is treated like a princess at our house! I bathe, brush, and walk her as needed. However I make sure Ivy is shown love everyday by playing with her, taking her outside, and giving her belly scratches.

About: I’ve always loved animals! I can keep them if needed or come to your place of residence to walk and care for or to just play with, I have 5 pets of my own if I could have more I would haha, I’ve always had an animal for as long as I can remember, Iv taken care of quite a bit of animals most were rescued, I nursed them back to health and found new homes for them. At one point in time I took care of 7 new born kittens after they were thrown out and abandoned from their mother, I used to live on a farm and took care of farm animals from sun up till sun down, and now I have so much free time I don’t know what to do with it haha

About: I’ve had pets ever since I was a kid. I now own 3 cats of my own. I’ve taken care of animals all my life practically. I have a huge heart when it comes to animal care. I’m currently working full time. I am available in the evenings from 5p-9pm. Pet care would give me additional things to do in the evenings My cats get food left out for them and water. At night they get fed wet food and dry food mix. They have space to roam and play. They also have a cat tree and windows to look out of.

About: I have been a dog lover for much of my life! Growing up we had cats and smaller breed dogs. I begged my parents to allow me to watch our neighbors' dogs when they left town, and I was the go-to caretaker of our family's pets. As an adult, I have cared for 3 dogs of my own and currently we have 2 larger breed dogs. We adopted all of our dogs as puppies so I understand the adorable puppy moments, as well as the moments where puppies can be extra work. I've owned dogs into their senior years and how there can be limitation considerations and potentially and care required for health needs that come with age. I'm currently working part-time and manage a small business with my husband. Both are relatively flexible, especially if planned more than 1 week prior. Generally afternoons (after 1pm) are flexible. With advance planning, I can be available earlier in the day too. I can visit your home to care for your pets. If you have dogs and want me to provide exercise (walk or backyard play session), I can do so based on your preference. If you would like, I can also check on things inside such as water/food, or any other requested services (that I am able to provide).

About: I have taken care of pets all my life. I have had a dog from the time I could walk and a horse since I was 4. Animals are a passion of mine. Currently I have three cats, 3 dogs, a horse, and a ferret. My cats are Lucifer, Loco, and Cleo. Lucifer loves to eat, Loco loves love, and Miss Cleo loves to be left alone. My dogs are Jezzi, Ziggy, and Auzy. Jezzi is a jack russel who loves belly rubs and to be the boss. Ziggy is a Texas blue heeler who is afraid of his shadow and has anxiety disorders. Auzy loves people and to play with other dogs, but she is 130 lbs and things she is a lap dog. My horse is Dallas and he love mini Oreos and to run all day long. My ferret, T-Bird, or the “crack weasel” as everyone calls him loves to run and sleep. My family and friends have always relied on me with their pets, homes, and children anytime they needed someone. Pet care is like a second nature to me, everyday at 5:30 I go to the horse barn and feed Dallas. My other animals get fed when I feed myself and their water is always filled. I work full time, if I am not working at Coopers in the morning I am babysitting. With my full schedule I always make time for each and every one of my pets whether that is playing in the yard with my dogs or playing with my cats, or even letting the ferret loose in the house to play with the cats or the dogs. When I am working in a clients home, usually if the weather permits I will take their babies outside to play or even the park for a walk. I also like to take dogs for car rides to get ice cream on a warm day. On a wet or cold day we stay in and play or lounge depending on the pet. Dogs and cats that need a little more training or help, I like to take time in the day to “make it all about business.” My dogs at home all know the basic commands and some others depending on the dogs, so it is fun to learn the difference between animals; for example my dog Ziggy, knows hug, move, and enough. People who own dogs like do not have anxiety usually wouldn’t know the meaning behind these commands. I use hug for Ziggy when it comes to new people because he can forget people in the matter of minutes and it takes time for him to get used to them again, the hug represents safety because most people do not know the command and how he reacts to it. The command move for Ziggy is also a command most people do not know the meaning behind. Ziggy’s anxiety constantly has him moving but when it comes to doors he has a tendency to sit and wait for someone to open a door before he jumps and nips them. Telling Ziggy to move makes him move to a different position in the house away from the door rather than telling him no. Enough is a command used a lot for Ziggy because his anxiety always has him barking and wanting constant contact, this becomes an inconvenience when I am trying to work on the floor or on my bed and he is walking all over my work space or even when I am just trying to take a deep breath. Telling him enough is like a heal command without the sit. Enough just means I’m not playing, I’m busy so go lay down. Working with a dog like Ziggy takes a lot of patience along with keeping a constant.

About: I've been a fur mom for 15 years with my own dogs. Grew up always having a dog in the family. Your pets would receive the same TLC I give my dogs. I can accommodate individual care (food, medication) if more than one pet. I currently have 3 dogs. Ages 14, 4 and 2. I have both male and female. I can't wait to care for and "spoil" your fur baby/babies! I currently work full time Monday thru Thursday. I can pet sit in the evenings on those days. I am open to pet sit Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays all day. I will provide the detailed care requested for your pet in your home. I have a large country yard for my dogs (and their fur friends) to run and play when they come to visit at my house.
