I currently work in a veterinary clinic and am studying to become a licensed veterinary technician, so you can trust that your furry friends are in knowledgeable and loving hands. Whether it’s playtime, walks, feedings, or snuggles, I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away. I work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8–6, but I’m available for pet care after work and on my days off. I always receive my schedule a month in advance, so I can plan and let you know exactly when I’m free. Some weeks I work more than two days, but I make sure to fit pet care around my shifts. When caring for pets in their home, I follow their usual routine to keep them comfortable and stress-free. I previously worked at a no-kill shelter in Columbus, Ohio where I worked with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I am comfortable with many temperaments—I haven’t yet met an anxious dog who didn’t warm up to me quickly—but if your dog has any aggression issues, I am not comfortable accepting the request. If needed, I can administer oral medication; I do not have experience with needles. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, who adapts quickly to new surroundings. About: I’ve had dogs around the house for as long as I could remember, I love meeting new furry friends and can’t wait to meet yours! I have experience walking, feeding, bathing, and giving medicine. I currently have a part-time job and go to school, that takes up around 8 hours of my day when I do have work, I have a break in between the two leaving me with plenty of time to come hangout with your pups and also all night after class. About: I've had cats my whole life and have had dogs the last 10 years. I've fostered both cats and dogs for 10 years as well. I work full time but am home every evening. I have an adult friend at home that walk our dogs and play with them everyday. I also walk and play with my dogs when I get home. I have a huge fenced in yard that they are able to play in. I can keep them if needed or come to your place of residence to walk and care for or to just play with, I have 5 pets of my own if I could have more I would haha, I’ve always had an animal for as long as I can remember, Iv taken care of quite a bit of animals most were rescued, I nursed them back to health and found new homes for them. At one point in time I took care of 7 new born kittens after they were thrown out and abandoned from their mother, I used to live on a farm and took care of farm animals from sun up till sun down, and now I have so much free time I don’t know what to do with it haha
