“Where do I begin? From the start, Ann was responsive and took the time to meet with us before we booked. I was so at ease with leaving my pup with her. My pup has anxiety and wasn’t very well trained and she made it so easy for him to adjust. She sent pictures and videos every day and I could tell that Sumo really loves her. I don’t think I would trust anyone with him besides Ann. When Ann thought Sumo wasn’t feeling himself, she immediately notified me and called the vet. She even followed up after I had picked him up. These are just some of the things she provided to Sumo. Walks 2-3 times a day, homemade treats, training (he now sits, heels, comes and isn’t as nippy), love, affection, being apart of her home life. There is such a difference in Sumo. She also took notes on him and gave me an update when I picked him up. Her concern and love for my dog was amazing. Go with Ann!! You won’t be disappointed!”

I am also a professional gardener, so if you need watering etc while your away. I am currently self employed, so I have a flexible schedule. We can figure out a plan for your pet care. I think the best way is to have the dogs meet and see how things go w them before a care schedule can begin. We have also traveled and cared for other dogs in their homes and everyone gets along.

“Lacey and Jeremy were absolutely fantastic with our pups! We have an older dog and a young puppy, both of whom need to have frequent potty breaks. This was no problem for them. They were so welcoming and loving with our guys. Lacey carefully listened to all our concerns and directions about the dogs but I didn’t need to worry because everything went so well. They had a long stay and had such a wonderful time that I wasn’t sure they would want to come home. Lacey communicated with us regularly and sent adorable pictures. We were surprised and delighted that both dogs were given baths and looked and smelled great when we picked them up. Lacey and Jeremy definitely exceeded our expectations.”

About: I grew up with a yellow lab named Mo. I was an only child and he was quite truly my best friend. He passed away when I was sixteen. This past summer, my family and I got a new puppy from Midcoast Humane, his name is Sol. I don't know how I went eight years without such a buddy! Caring for a dog has been such an important part of my life, and has offered me so much fulfillment and joy. I would love the opportunity to care for your pets, and understand how important they are to your life and how important their happiness is! I currently have a flexible remote job. Although I do need to commit at least six hours Monday through Friday to my job, I have much space in between to care for, walk, play with, and adventure with your furry friend!! My weekends are completely available. Most preferabley, I would like to care for your dog in your own home. The house I live in currently does not have a fenced in area, however I would be open to talking through ways to make it work! I love to go on long walks, and would be happy to meet any of your dogs exercise needs or simply needs for muddy adventures.
