About: Hi! My name is Plachette, and I've lived with various pets since I was a child. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. Upon request I'm able to provide proof of having 5 star ratings for 150+ services I've already completed for other pet parents. For dog walks, I'm capable of handling small to gigantic dogs. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. Of course, if you prefer your pet's own leash, that's fine too. :) I am self-employed so I am able to make my own schedule for work days and hours. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. When pet owners provide me with particular details on how to care for their pets (feeding schedules, administering medication, crating, etc.), I will be a able to provide proper care for any pet.

A healthy way to allow your dog to grow old with you is to let great walkers such as myself, to get outside with them! About: I spent 12 years with my Airedale Terrier and took care of him daily—walks, feeding, and just being there for him. After he passed, I helped raise our Golden Retriever puppy from the start, potty trained him, and taught him basic commands. I’ve handled both senior dogs and puppies, and I’m reliable, patient, and always make sure dogs feel safe and cared for. Pet care is part of my daily routin I take my puppy for a walk in the morning and at night, and make sure he’s fed once in the morning and again before dinner. In my home I throw the ball around for my dog, sometimes play tug of war, anything to help tire him out. I will try to teach my dog new commands using a treat.

About: I've taken care of kinds of pets since I was a teenager. I've had pet dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, chameleons, salt water aquariums, my entire life. I have natural body language that usually puts dogs and cats (well not all cats...cats are cats after all ;-)) at ease usually within minutes after meeting. I'm responsible and have less time where I have to be meeting with clients on site which gives me the opportunity to spend more time with your pet which is a win-win for you and your pet. I'm working on a startup and I'm an avid runner that knows most of the parks in the city very well. All questions welcomed of course. I'm currently working on projects and with free lance clients on a case by base basis which gives me more time to spend with your dog. Note that I’ve watched dogs in NYC and lived there for 10 years. So NYC is an option as well. For house sitting closer to Pittsburgh and further than 20 miles away. Has to be on a case by case basis. Length of stay is a factor for example. I love playing with dogs and cats but that means very different things to each owner so that will depend on meeting with the owner to discuss what their particular pets like and what makes them comfortable. Have a specific concern or request ? Please let me know and ask about my personalized , artist designed pet video inspirational coffee mugs, calendars and more 🤠👍

“I can't say enough good things about Sarah! She took care of both my dog and cat while I was away, and I came home to two incredibly happy, relaxed pets. From the start, she was professional, friendly, and clearly has a genuine love for animals. She kept me updated with daily photos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. My dog, who can be a bit shy, warmed up to her almost immediately. Sarah went above and beyond, not just feeding and walking them, but spending quality time playing and cuddling with them. If you're looking for someone trustworthy, kind, and attentive to care for your pets like they're her own, Sarah is the one. I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Hello! We had Megan R. as our pet sitter for over 10 years. She has watched our 2 Great Danes several times! Mostly for drop in visits for an hour at a time and she sends photos of play time every time she comes! It’s so nice to have someone that I trust, care for our pups! I also have asked her at times to check our pool when she is there and she’s done that too! It is worth every penny! Sincerely, Anna”
